Livio was an excellent host. He always responded quickly to my questions and walked us through the apartment features. The location can’t be beat for visits to St Pater’s. There is a gathering room with a table and chairs (we also ate here) as well as a couch where we caught up with each other at night. A great place to stay. The cafe downstairs is wonderful too.

Located next to Vatican City and within walking distance of many attractions, it is a very convenient location. The apartment is the perfect set up for two couples with two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The host is very responsive and quick to attend to any needs that arise. We loved our stay stay in Rome and would definitely stay here again!

This place is the BEST. All the charm of old Rome with all the modern comforts. We traveled with 5 people. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private bathroom. Two of the rooms have a view of the St Peter's Basilica. Being just outside Vatican City you are in walking distance to many attractions, with coffee, snacks, wonderful restaurants, and lots of tourist shops just outside your door. The host was very helpful and available but not intrusive at all. I would highly recommend staying here.

The owner and his associates were the most friendly and helpful group of people whom I have had the honor to stay with. The location is beyond fantastic. To be almost inside the Vatican complex is priceless. Livio, his wife and compatriots were extraordinarily helpful in every way. We three pilgrims accomplished the Jubilee 2025 with a wonderful base of operations. God bless them all.

Outstanding Location and Very Clean

Our family of 5 loved our stay. The location is literally across the street from Vatican City. Great restaurants and bakery right downstairs. Very friendly host and very helpful

Perfect location, great stay

We stayed in this same apartment last year and loved it so much we came back. Perfect location right across from the Vatican with views of St Peter’s from the windows. Very spacious and convenient apartment, feels like home. Livio was great and very helpful.

The ideal location for your stay in Rome!

Our group of five found the accommodation to be ideally located for exploring Vatican City and all it offers. A reasonably short walk will take you to” hop on hop off” buses that will take you on a tour of Rome.

The view is what got our attention

Lovely time staying at this location. Clean and large enough for 3 people to spread out in. Easy to get around with the major buses lines right there. Some great restaurants in the area too.

Wonderful Apartment

This had all the luxuries of a 5 star hotel. We were amazed at how nice tbe whole place is. Super easy to get to all the places we wanted to go. Could not have asked for better.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

This was a very cool place to stay. It is just a few steps away from Saint Peters Square. The beds are a bit firm and the bathrooms a bit dated, but overall it was a gorgeous location, with a bathroom for each room and a great view of the Basillica.

Excellent location

The apartment was very clean and the location was one block away from the Vaticano. Lots of restaurants just downstairs. There’s an elevator for going up and down. Great spot.
