This apartment is lovely and in such an excellent location that we were able to walk to most of our sightseeing and to many good restaurants. If we were unable to walk, taxis were very close by. It is a quiet oasis in the middle of a lively part of Rome. We would definitely stay here again.
Fantastic apartment in a great location! It was exactly as described. The check-in instructions were clear and easy. The host is very responsive and has great recommendations for local things to see and do. Would definitely stay here again!!
BEST LOCATION!!! Right next to the Spanish Steps so made it easy navigating to all the places. Paola and Karina were amazing and very attentive/timely to any requests… we needed a little help with adjusting the temperature and they actually came back to help. There are a couple flights of steps to go up to get to the apartment, so if you have mobility issues, this might not be the place for you. The beds were comfortable and rooms with adequate space. The laundry was convenient but do note, it take a couple of “drying” cycles if there is a large load for your clothes not to be damp. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!
The property is exactly as advertised very comfortable and in a fantastic location. Karina was extremely helpful and made us at the property to show us around and also helped us make other arrangements for our stay.
This is a truly wonderful place to stay because you are staying in a real home, right in the middle of Rome. Karina welcomed us with such genuine care for our stay. This is what a vrbo experience is supposed to be. My parents are already planning their return trip: and only to stay here.
The place was clean, beautiful and right in the heart of where we wanted to be. Karina was the best ! Great recommendations and well be booking again in the future
Paola & Karin are both fantastic hosts. There communication is very good and their local knowledge is fantastic. The location cant be better if you like to stay in the very hart of Rome. We can absolutely recommend this 5-star apartment.
Everything went very smoothly from booking, communication with Paola, the pre-arranged airport pick up and being met and checked in/checked out by the lovely Karina. The apartment is exactly as described and very comfortable, especially the beds and sofas. Everything that you could need is provided. It was very clean. The position next to the Spanish Steps couldn’t be better and all the main attractions are within an easy walking distance … including the Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica and Coliseum, both being around a 30 minute walk.
The apartment was AMAZING! Our terrace faced the Spanish Steps. It was incredible. The check in process was super smooth Karina was fantastic and accommodating since we had to rush to a tour. She also got a recommendation to an excellent restaurant. Communicating with Paola was easy and she was great!
Stayed 4 nights, property is in perfect location, convenient to all major sites.
Apartment, very nice, clean and perfect for

Property is in a great location right by the Spanish steps. It has everything you need and is a good size for a family of four. The property manager is very responsive to messages and her assistant was very helpful and welcoming on check in.
We were so pleasantly surprised by the fantastic location of this special place! It was clean, beautiful and in the perfect location and the driver and assistant that worked with us were SO HELPFUL! We felt so lucky to have found Paola's place:)
