This magnificent and luxurious property is located 200 meters from the Spanish Steps in the heart of Rome. A few steps from the Trevi Fountain and Villa Borghese (with Colle Pincio) and not far from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. This 80 sqm apartment, entirely paved with parquet, has been recently renovated. It is located on the 4th floor with a lift. It consists of a large open space of 40 m2. with double bed, equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle) and dining table and another double room, both with bathroom. The apartment has various comforts such as FREE WI-FI, air conditioning, 2 televisions, bathrooms with shower, hairdryer. Just 100 meters. there is the Ludovisi, private and guarded paid parking. It is perfectly connected with the Metro stops of Piazza Barberini (only 100 meters) and Piazza di Spagna (200 meters), with Termini Station (main train station) reachable in 10 minutes by Metro and bus . The area surrounding the apartment offers a variety of prestigious shops (Via Condotti, Via Borgognona and Via Frattina) and numerous commercial activities of any kind (Via del Tritone, Via del Corso and Via Nazionale). Also nearby there are several places of cultural interest such as the Palazzo delle Esposizioni, the Borghese Gallery and the Capitoline Museums. A few meters away is the Sistina Theater, one of the most important and representative Italian theaters of variety, musical comedies and concerts. Just near the Palazzo delle Esposizioni there is the Tourist Information Point open from 9.30 to 19. 00. Great central location. Host was very helpful.But, the apartment was not the respite we would have liked. We didn't have the relaxing shower we would have like after a long hot day. Our shower and sink backed up. And, a few nights were very noisy late late into the evening.

Great flat in a perfect location with elevator. It’s fully stocked with everything you might need and the host is wonderful and very knowledgeable and caring. A nice surprise was finding out about Gogol who lived downstairs and wrote his masterpieces there.

Amazing property with old world charm of a historical building in the heart of Rome. Easy access to transit and a convenience store next door for quick groceries. Having a washer was great to prepare for the next leg of travel. Communication was extremely easy. I would highly recommend.

Francesca was very responsive to all communications and check-in was super informative. The location is great. Within walking distance to so many monuments that you came to Rome to see. There’s a very convenient coffee shop next door at street level. Excellent restaurants so close by!! We will come back to this location!!

This apartment is a wonderful gem within close walking distance of many Rome landmarks! It's impeccably clean, in a quiet building, and is full of old-world Italian charm. Franchesca was very communicative and a delight to work with...her restaurant recommendations were spot on! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities, but also with pantry staples and snacks. Would definitely book again!

A lovely classic apartment in an amazing part of town. We have been to Rome five times, and this was the nicest accommodation we found in the area for a reasonable price.The host was excellent, filled us in thoroughly when we arrived, and we had everything we needed for this day. It was my wife and I and our adult daughter spending a week.Highly recommend.

Francesca was amazing, she allowed us to drop our bags early so we could get exploring. Met us in person and walked us through check-in and the property. Location is central and walking distance to any attraction in center Rome.

Extremely Uncomfortable Stay — Our Worst VRBO ExperienceUnfortunately, this was our most unpleasant VRBO experience, and we could not wait for the stay to end. As this was our first trip to Rome, I wish we had a better experience.The listing prominently advertises Wi-Fi, but there was no working Wi-Fi at all. We were told there were technical issues and advised to connect to a neighboring room’s network. Had we known this, we would not have booked.The AC was inadequate and never cooled the high-ceilinged rooms comfortably. I went to bed hot and woke up sweating. The rooms were also extremely dark with little natural light. The bedding did not feel clean—we found hair, stains, and particles between the quilt and sheets, and it left us feeling itchy.The shower was very small, raised on a step, with a slippery plastic surface that felt like a safety hazard. Loud banging, apparently from pipes or the businesses below, disturbed us every morning.Our first night was so uncomfortable that my husband and I slept in separate rooms. The “red room,” with cherubs directly above the bed, also felt unsettling to us.Between the lack of Wi-Fi, poor AC, questionable bedding cleanliness, darkness, noise, and uncomfortable shower, this was an extremely disappointing stay. Our experience was very different from the positive reviews. We would not stay here again or recommend it.

Sei stato molto sfortunato per quanto riguarda il Wi-Fi , sono problemi che non posso prevedere. Con tutta la buona volontà in 2 giorni neanche é arrivato il tecnico dell'azienda. Per il resto delle cose potevi contattarmi , avrei fatto cambiare subito le lenzuola. Come vedi dalla maggior parte delle recensioni cerco di fare il massimo per farvi trascorrere delle belle vacanze nella mia città.
