The bedrooms are beautifully designed making them warm and comfortable. The TV room is full of entertainment. Patio has wonderful view of the desert mountains, golf course and great for that evening cocktail with friends or BBQ around out door kitchen. Pool and spa are conveniently steps away. Property is blocks from the famous El Paseo for restaurants and shops. Also, close to the Mc Callum theater and The Living Desert Zoo & Gardens, including many golf courses. . Summer Special

Great house, very comfortable,all anyone needs,on the golf course with great view of golf course waterfall I would highly highly recommend it to anyone for vacation. Owner was terrific as well answered any all questions we had once we arrived. Overall a fantastic stay

Deceptive & unprepared

Online this property appears to be a gorgeous golf course condo. Photos can be deceiving. From the initial contact with the host to the last contact with the host, there was a definite lack of care and concern. Upon arrival, we found many things out of order, broken, stained carpets, tears in Furniture and filth. The patio was covered in bird, poop and layers and layers of dirt and cobwebs. Broken tiles were on the counter, and there was no place to even sit and enjoy the sun. As well, we found dirty dishes, utensils, and cupboards that were basically disgusting with crumbs of food and greasy fingerprints. There was open food left in the cabinet and leftover food in the refrigerator. The Keurig even had bugs in it. It was obvious that Condo had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Perhaps weeks or months before but not prior to our actual arrival. The host responded. when I asked if they could come and clean the patio for us with the comment that they had no one available on Friday evenings or weekends to assist their guests. There was no information regarding access to the pool or even how to get into the garage for access to the trash cans. When I questioned the host about having a team available for any type of assistance for their guests with issues at the condo, they were non-responsive. I had to have VRBO intervene to help with the situation. Not like any other VRBO experience I have ever had. Definitely disappointing and deceiving.
