This is the perfect condo: this 2-bedroom, 2-bath fully furnished vacation rental is located overlooking golf course, just steps from a gorgeous pool and hot tub. With large patio for sunning, relaxing or eating, you have everything you need. Or enjoy the beautiful private courtyard in front. The Country Club also has all amenities including the library, tennis courts and dining at the exquisite Spanish Colonial clubhouse. This is a gorgeous, well maintained community gated community, centrally located to many golf courses, shopping, dining and the highways.

Sliding glass doors in both bedrooms and living room allow you to enjoy the incredible Palm Springs weather and the gorgeous panorama from all directions.

The large master suite has a comfortable king-sized and huge master bath with walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has two twin beds, while the second bathroom has a combined tub and shower.

Vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen and flatscreen tvs throughout. WIFI is included and extends over to the pool so you can stay connected. Gas bbq in the private courtyard just steps from the kitchen.

Warm weather get away.

Enjoyed our stay, the unit was clean, well furnished and had everything needed. Beds in second bedroom were small for adults. Access to pool and clubhouse was good. Food at the clubhouse restaurant was excellent.

Beautiful Palm Desert

Right across from the pool and right on the golf course! The patio had really good furniture just like the picture and one of the largest patios around. We liked the property so much that we’ve already booked it again next year.

Great Condo!

Condo was amazing! Kathy was super cool to work with. Patio overlooking the golf course is huge, and luckily, at times in the early morning is shaded by a couple trees on the golf course. The condo has plenty of everything you would ever need. Would definitely stay there again!

This is a beautiful large property centrally located in Palm Desert. The condo is well furnished and stocked with kitchen needs, it is comfortable and enjoyable in all aspects, The pool is directly across the street and easy to enjoy. I highly recommend this rental unit, We were there for golf during the hottest period on record. It was very nice to return to a cool comfortable home.

Perfect spot in the desert

Check in was seamless. The condo was very clean, usually my wife cleans first whenever we arrive somewhere and she didn’t feel the need to. The layout is great and they had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. It felt much more like staying in a home than a rental. The owners communicated very well. We will definitely stay again!

Quick Palm Desert Get-Away

We had a great time in Palm Desert! The condo was fabulous, centrally located, and suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the condo and its' amenities. The patio and wonderful to sit in and enjoy the weather, read and sun ourselves as well as watching the golfers coming through. The kitchen was well stocked and perfectly suited for the two of us. The property manager, Kathy, was very easy to communicate with and responded to our questions quickly. It was a great stay and we would stay again!

We loved it. The only problem we had was with photos hanging in the guest room. They are just balanced on nails. They are not securd to the wall! One fell off. The check in information sent via email needs to be revied and updated. Internet info was in correct. They did have some signs up with the info, but it was confusing at first.

Unpleasant and very cold host

I would stay away from this listing. This host does not make you feel at home, is purely transactional, and we left with a particularly sour taste on completion of our month stay after receiving an immediate charge on check out for a stained throw pillow with no communication from the host. The charge was ridiculously expensive! We were extremely careful and thoughtful of the space throughout our stay and went above and beyond on check out. We cleaned both bathrooms and the kitchen in consideration of the cleaners, home, and host. We have been hosts ourselves for almost a decade and know how reassuring it is to have an attentive guest(s). We always act accordingly. The lack of dialogue from the host was unnecessary and the charge was completely over the top and unwarranted. If you do stay in this home, make sure to take pictures of everything, down to the last detail upon arrival and before your checkout to avoid the risk of inevitable phantom charge(s). We did take some pictures when we arrived but unfortunately did not photograph the back of one of the throw pillows and got exorbitantly charged for something that was not damaged by us. As you may have guessed, it's a tough one to swallow.
