WELCOME TO SEAESTA – YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME IN MIRAMAR BEACH!

We’re so excited to have you! Located just a short walk to the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach home is perfect for family getaways or group vacations.

MAIN HOUSE – SECOND FLOOR:
• King Primary Bedroom with private balcony overlooking the pool
• Queen Bedroom
• Bunk Room (Twin Bunk AND Twin/Full Bunk)
• 2 Full Bathrooms
• Remodeled Kitchen with island
• Dining area and Living Room with sleeper sofa

SEPARATE LOCK-OUT LIVING SPACE – FIRST FLOOR:
• King Primary Bedroom with pool patio access
• Queen Bedroom
• Full Bathroom
• Living Room with sleeper sectional sofa
• Small Kitchenette with dining table and chairs
• Access via covered, exterior staircase from upstairs.

OUTDOOR OASIS:
• Oversized, private heated pool (optional pool heat additional $60/day)
• Large patio with loungers and dining area
• Gas grill
• Beach gear included: floats, beach umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys, and beach wagon. Items located in downstairs Primary closet and in storage bin by the pool

POOL SAFETY:
We provide multiple safety features to help encourage a secure environment around the pool:
• Alarm and additional manual lock on the interior door leading to the pool from the downstairs Primary Bedroom
• Additional gate off the patio
• Exterior gate to the pool area with a locking mechanism
***For your safety, all children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in or around the pool area.***

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
•Sleeps up to 17 guests
• (12) Beach Blankets provided for your convenience
• A Pack and Play is located in the upstairs Bunk Room
• All linens and towels provided
• Bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and courtesy toiletries
• Driveway parking for up to 5 mid-sized vehicles (no garage access)

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place Walton County trash receptacles provided at end of driveway before departure.

Wash/Fold Beach Blankets provided and place back in baskets prior to departure.

Empty/Rinse off provided Beach Wagon and place back in downstairs primary closet for next guest use.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please follow check-out instructions and leave home as you found it! Any additional cleaning charges by our cleaning team will be charged to the guest

All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times around the pool area

Stacey was an amazing host! The property was just like the pictures and description. We did not realize that the rooms on the ground level required us to leave the house, but other than that the property was perfect. We also appreciate Stacey understanding our time concerns and allowed us to check-in early. Lastly, we appreciated Stacey understanding our cleaning issues. We ran out of trash bags and could not clean up completely. Stacey was compassionate and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property for a large party or vacation! Personally, I celebrated by bachelorette party with a group of 10 girls total.

We enjoyed our stay at this home! We loved hanging out by the pool and the short walk to the beach. The outlet mall was just down the street and restaurants were a short drive away! We did have an alarm for gas detection go off during our stay so I called Stacy and she took care of matters right away. Thankfully it was just a faulty detector but Stacy made sure to check in on us several other times during the week to make sure everything was ok. The house was perfect for our mother daughter get away!

Our stay was just fantastic. The private pool was the biggest hit with our young kids to stay out of the heat of the day on the sand. We started and ended each day on the beach with a quick walk to the water! The spacious living space was perfect for our family as well. Location was great too! What a hidden gem, we absolutely loved the location and house. The walk to the beach was much shorter than it looked on the map. The downstairs bedrooms were great for our early morning people. We loved grilling in the evening and enjoying pool. The house was perfect for an extended family vacation. Very easy communication with the owner. We will definitely book again.

The place was clean and conveniently located to the beach and other activities we had planned for during the week. We had 14 people in our group and we had plenty of room and fun. Stacy was awesome. We took our adult children and grandchildren for our beach getaway. The layout was great for our family, very short walk to the beach. The pool was used so much during our stay with the littles. Amazing Beach-Side Vacation

My entire family has taken many trips to the gulf over the years, and this year we decided to stay under one roof. What an amazing time we had! The property allowed ample space for sleeping and entertaining. The proximity to the beach was second to none. The property is right next to the walkway to the beach which made quick trips for food, drinks, and made restroom breaks easy with small children. The pool is also a great addition!

Beautiful home!

The location of this house is perfect! One minute walk to the most beautiful beach and so close to all the shopping and restaurants! The pool is amazing and the house had everything we needed to get started. Stacy was so amazing to work with. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back some day! Thanks!

The host Stacy was absolutely amazing! I had overlooked paying extra for heating the pool before we arrived and Stacy was more than helpful to send someone out to heat it for us quickly. I would recommend staying here again for sure!!
