STR2024-000030 permit number Located within walking distance to Kyle Field and TAMU. This unforgettable historical treasure is perfect for overnight guests and game day weekends. You may use the backyard for small outdoor gatherings.
The house sleeps a maximum of 8 guests - CDC Guidelines are enforced due to College Station Covid 19 Guidelines. Downstairs 2 king-sized bedrooms with corresponding 2 baths (claw-foot tub and double-head shower). Upstairs bunk room features 4 queen-sized beds and 2 XL twins with an adjacent bathroom suite with 2 private showers/toilets. House has a great kitchen with multiple living rooms, grand family game room and large dining area. No more than the original 10 can be inside the house. Please make certain you read all of the house rules on this website.
Free parking with a driveway that offers extensive parking for extra vehicles. Additional public parking available on the street with a breathtaking view of Kyle Field stadium.
