This newly constructed studio apartment has its own separate entrance, so it’s very private.
It has internet for work and entertainment.
The kitchen comes with cooking devices, refrigerator, dishes and utensils. Everything you might need for cooking meals.
It's only one Mile from campus and it's walking distance to HEB and Target, where you can pick up groceries or have them delivered to the apartment.
If you need some fresh air, the park trail is just around the block..literally!
We are even on the A&M bus route.
Whether you are a visiting professor or a parent visiting your Aggie child, this place was built with you in mind.
We are offering Monthly and Weekly Discount Rates to accommodate your needs.

Check us out if you need a place to “ work at home “, or just to escape from the big city. This part of town is very walkable, yet close to parks where you can relax or even go fishing!


The Apartment features a Queen Bed, full bathroom with shower/tub for soaking, kitchenette, kitchen table and stools, 32" TV, and internet.
The apartment has a separate entrance and a private deck for your use.
We live in the main house and provide you with breakfast (usually homemade cinnamon rolls) for your first breakfast.
This apartment is affordable enough to stay several days while in College Station. Yet very reasonably priced for extended stays. Again, check out our discounted rates!
We've had experience "hosting" guest in our home, when we rented our Main Home in 2013-2014 through VRBO. Now we are taking our hospitality to a different level, with a private studio apartment. Enjoy!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little apartment. It had everything we needed. Perfect for a couple or single guest. Very clean. Cinnammon rolls were excellent and a nice touch. Place was cozy and homey. Very convenient to TAMU and Bomber Field in Bryan. Felt safe in the neighborhood. The bed did hurt my husband's back, but we loved the place. Don't hesitate to book.

My husband and I have 3 married children and 7 grandkids! After watching the TV Show "Tiny House Nation" and visiting Seattle, I was inspired to build my own "Tiny House Apartment"!! I love to welcome people to College Station and Texas A&M. It's where I graduated, in '81, and our 3 kids in '07, '09, '10. Whoop!! My husband recently retired after 32 years with A&M.
We love our location because we are so close to the University. There is nothing like the feel of a College Town and being in the middle of it all. From our front porch we can even hear the distant sound of the Aggie band!
We operate a bakery out of our home and sell our goods at the local farmers market in downtown Bryan on Saturdays.
Because I enjoy baking, I can provide you, as our guest, some of our sourdough cinnamon rolls or other baked goodies the first morning of your stay. It's part of our hospitality and making you feel at home in College Station.

Why they chose this property

Again this area is all about location!! So close to Texas A&M. We are on the bus route if you are a visiting student or professor. If you are here for "game day", the bus can pick you up 2 hours before a game and drop you off on campus near the Memorial Student Center/MSC.
We recommend a car, but several international students have stayed here and appreciated the walking distance to HEB, Target, restaurants, etc.
Just because the apartment is "tiny" doesn't mean it's not equipped! There's a microwave, NuWave induction cooktop, 9.2 cu.ft bottom freezer refrigerator, blender, toaster oven and coffee pot...
And, because it has a separate entrance, our guest can come and go as they want.
