This wide four rooms lodging on the first floor of an ancient restored farmhouse includes a large living room, with kitchen and fireplace, two double bedrooms one triple bedroom and two bathrooms. Perfect for a large family or a group of friends.
The living room has a small balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and the beautiful countryside surrounding Lake Trasimeno.
The apartment has been beautifully restored according to the original style, retaining many period features such as an ancient brick fireplace and the exposed wooden beams.
This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 7 persons.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a green quiet oasis, among old olives and oaks, fruit trees and flowers and it is plunged in the green countryside surrounding Lake Trasimeno.
The apartment has a private gazebo in the garden with outdoor table and chairs.
Outdoor games are available such as table tennis and table football. The children may find in the garden slides and playhouses.
For cyclists and walkers there are several walking and cycling routes nearby.

The WiFi connection is available only in a limited area of the farmhouse.

The farmhouse is situated between Trasimeno lake's shores (about 200 meters) and wooded hills and is two kilometers far from the center of Passignano sul Trasimeno, beautiful town along the lakeside with restaurants, shops and amenities associated with village life.
Residenze San Martino is an ideal base for visiting Perugia, one of the most historical and artistic towns in the middle of Italy, Cortona, Assisi and Montepulciano.
The farmhouse is directly located on the cycle path that runs along the shores of the Lake Trasimeno.

Wonderful pool and a nice really historical building

Francesca and her family are great- really friendly and they care for their guests very good. The big garden with lots of places to sit and relax with enough trees to be protected from the sun is perfect and our dog was allowed to play there too! The giant pool is perfectly managed. The big appartment was fully okay, hot in there but okay. The lake Trasimeno is really a few steps away. Not really goid to swim in this totally flat water. It was too hot, the water of the lake was green and smelled. Thanks god, the pool is marvellous. The place is perfect for trips and sightseeing!!! We enjoyed our time there( 12 days) and felt very welcome by the owners. They give a helping hand and find solutions for every problem - thank you so much for this.
