Close to everything

Great spot for seeing Cote de Azur. Shops,markets and great easy connections for trains and buses.

Nice and cozy house

Nestled in the heart of a quaint town on the French Riviera, this charming and cozy house provided an unforgettable stay. The unbeatable location offered easy access to cafes and local markets with grocery stores nearby. The well-appointed interior with Naval influences and all the necessary amenities exuded a relaxing ambiance. From the comfortable bedroom to the gracious hospitality of the hosts, every detail enhanced the experience. I am absolutely thankful to the host for their responsiveness and welcoming atmosphere!

Sehr schönes Reiseziel

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem hübschen etwas morbiden Häuschen in zentraler Lage sehr genossen. Morgens in fünf Minuten zu Fuß frisches Obst oder leckere Backwaren kaufen oder zum Supermarkt gehen und danach im schattigen Hof das Frühstück genießen. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und sind damit entlang der Cagne auf top ausgebauten Fahrradstrassen ans herrlich blaue Meer gefahren. Nach Antibes mit dem Rad eine gute Stunde am Meer entlang oder einfach nur die Promenade Richtung Nizza entlangfahren. Ausflüge kann man auch super mit der Bahn z. B. nach Nizza, Monaco oder Cannes machen. Der Bahnhof ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt. Das Auto stand die meiste Zeit in der Garage. Haut de Cagne ist sehr zu empfehlen und auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wohnen im Zentrum einer schönen Stadt

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in dem schönen, kleinen, charmanten Refugium. Die Lage ist perfekt zwischen Strand, Stadtzentrum und dem historischen Kern von Haut de Cagnes. Auch für Touren nach Cannes, Grasse, Nizza, Monaco etc. ist es aufgrund der verkehrsgünstigen Lage hervorragend geeignet. Christian ist wirklich ein sehr netter Gastgeber.

Description flatteuse, prix excessif

Les commerces sont bien à proximité. La maison est enclavée au fin fond d'un passage. Chambre du haut : belle terrasse mais beaucoup de vis-à-vis avec les immeubles en face. Chambre du bas : le lit de la chambre bleue déplié pour 2 personnes n'est pas très confortable, un genre de lit bateau qui peut s'agrandir pour accueillir 2 personnes mais qui bascule quand on se lève. Salle de bain : pas de bonde dans le lavabo mais une simple rondelle de caoutchouc "à l'ancienne", les meubles s'ouvrent et se ferme mal et la baignoire mériterait d'être rénovée (rouille autour de la bonde). Cuisine : à notre arrivée le micro-ondes ne fonctionnait pas mais il a été remplacé par le propriétaire dès qu'il en a eu connaissance. Garage : situé dans une rue adjacente à 5 mn de la maison mais avec des portes en bois vétustes donc difficiles à fermer. Jardin : plutôt une courette avec 1 citronnier et 1 pamplemoussier, pas d'herbe. Bon accueil du propriétaire et bon séjour mais du fait de ce qui précède, le prix de la location est excessif (déjà 100 euros pour notre petit chien de 5kg) et nous avions réservé 9 nuits pour 4 personnes mais avions prévenu que nous ne serions que 3 mais...

Tolles Ferienhäuschen mit französischem Flair

Dieses tolle kleine Ferienhaus inmitten von Cagnes sur mer lies keine Wünsche offen. Ob sonniger Balkon oder schattige Terrasse für Frühstück oder Weinabend war alles dabei. Im Garten blühte der Jasmin und die Zitronen hingen zum Pflücken am Baum. Zum Meer oder auch in die Altstadt war man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Den Rest sind wir einfach geradelt. Sowohl nach Nizza als auch Antibes, direkt am Wasser entlang, konnte man sich die Parkplatzsuche sparen. Wir hatten eigene E-Bikes mit, aber auch E-Leihräder gibt es an jeder Ecke. Ein tolles Fleckchen Erde, mit einem netten Vermieter, der englisch spricht und uns sein Häuschen, in dem er lange gelebt hat, inkl. Garage zur eigenständigen Nutzung überlassen hat.

Très bon séjour en famille

Agréable maison en bord de mer qui procure assez d'espace pour une famille de 4 personnes. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est fourni, proche des commerces et des transports publics. Le garage à disposition est un plus appréciable même si nous sommes venus hors saison estivale. Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil ( même pour nos petits animaux !) et ses conseils.

Location proche du centre ville

Centre ville et 15 minutes a pieds de la plage. Un plus, la cours devant la maison permet de manger au soleil
