We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival. Your suggestion to install a secure key box is excellent; however, it is not possible to install one at this building as the homeowners' association does not permit it. We also apologize for the disturbance caused by the cleaning staff; however, as stated at the time of booking and in the message sent 48 hours prior, check-out is at 10:00 AM—not 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM. You should not have still been present, and furthermore, you did not return the keys as instructed, leaving them with the cleaning team instead. We have also taken note of your comments regarding missing amenities. We understand how much these details can impact our guests' overall experience, and we will take the necessary steps to ensure they are provided in the future.
