You will be charmed by this cottage and its ideal, peaceful location between the vineyards and the sea. Enjoy walks along the banks of the Charente River, the beach at Royan (20 minutes away), visit the Cordouan Lighthouse (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Palmyre Zoo, explore the Gallo-Roman heritage of Saintes (10 km away) and the beautiful Romanesque churches of Saintonge, Talmont, Île d'Oléron, Île d'Aix, Île de Ré, La Rochelle, and Rochefort.
Tennis courts are 1.5 km away.
This 50 m² stone house with a peaceful garden offers guests complete privacy and a completely independent entrance.
Garden table, armchairs, parasol, and barbecue are provided.
Bed linens and towels are included.
The cottage includes:
- a living room with a sofa bed (double bed)
- a bedroom with three single beds 90 (can be configured with a double bed and a single bed)
