Beautiful gite with everything provided. Hosts were extremely helpful. Beautiful location but definitely need a car as very remote with no amenities within walking distance. Main shops accessible within 6 min drive.

We loved the place! Everything was nice and clean, with a quiet garden to relax in. Waking up with a rooster gave it a charming touch. Perfect stop while traveling. Great that we could park the car safely inside the gate and under a shelter. It felt very safe leaving our bikes in our car and there’s even a little MTB route close by.

Du début à la fin, tout a dépassé nos attentes.Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été frappés par la propreté impeccable de la propriété. Son entretien était d'un niveau exceptionnel, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir immédiatement à l'aise et comme chez nous.L'arrivée s'est faite sans le moindre problème. Après une longue journée de voyage, nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'organisation et la simplicité de la prise en main.Il est rare de trouver un endroit qui corresponde exactement aux photos, mais ce gîte était parfaitement conforme à sa description en ligne. Tous les équipements promis étaient présents et en parfait état.Le propriétaire a été un véritable atout pour notre séjour. Extrêmement attentionné et prévenant, il s'est assuré que nous ne manquions de rien tout en respectant notre intimité.Compte tenu de la qualité de l'hébergement et du niveau de service, ce séjour offrait un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons eu l'impression d'être dans une escapade de luxe sans le prix exorbitant.Nous n'aurions pas pu rêver d'un meilleur point de départ pour nos vacances en France. Nous serions absolument ravis d'y séjourner à nouveau et le recommandons vivement à tous.

Het huis is heel mooi en rustig gelegen met uitzicht op een grote tuin. Wij hebben er enorm goed geslapen in het goede bed. Ook heel centraal om de vele mooie dorpen van deze streek te bezoeken. Bakker en winkels op korte afstand van het huis. In de keuken is alles aanwezig om een lekker maal te bereiden met de lekkere producten van op de markt in Saintes. En het allerbelangrijkste is de fijne ontvangst en vriendelijkheid van Marie-Jeanne en Gilles. Enorm bedankt voor de lekkere geschenkjes. We kunnen dit huis zeker aanraden voor een bezoek aan de Charente-Maritime.

Erholung pur in dörflicher Idylle

Wir genossen als Familie unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub in dem komfortablen, sehr gepflegten und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus mit Essplatz vor dem Haus und riesengroßem Garten voll und ganz. Die Vermieter sind überaus herzlich und hilfsbereit. Im Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht. Alles ist so, wie in der Anzeige dargestellt, die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind ganz frisch renoviert. Wir haben und rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Beautiful well equipped gîte. Everything you need and more! Marie-Jeanne and Gilles are wonderful hosts. The gîte is in a quiet rural location. They allow access to their garden as well as having our own outside dining space. Exactly as per photos. We spent a wonderful 11 nights here. Will defo return and stay with them again hopefully next year. Anyone visiting must go to the little restaurant in the village for lunch! Wonderful place and wonderful hosts. X

Perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus für den Familienurlaub

Wir haben eine Woche zu fünft in diesem schönen Haus von Marie Jeanne mit dem riesigen Garten verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, insbesondere die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin tut alles, damit es einem an nichts fehlt, man wird mit vielen Geschenken (insbesondere aus dem Garten) und Tipps für Ausflüge versorgt. Kurzum, ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, um sich die Gegend anzuschauen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Exzellent holiday apartment with super friendly hosts

This apartment is set in a cozy little village not far from Saintes. It is fully equipped, very spacious, with a nice garden. We spent a phantastic week during the Saintes Festival there.

Au top!

Charmant gite dans une ancienne ferme rénové avec soin! Parfait pour un couple avec 2 enfants, le nécessaire est présent pour retrouver tout ce qu il faut comme à la maison! L extérieur est superbe : un beau et grand jardin et une allée avec terrasse qui donne envie d'y passer du temps. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et connaissent très bien la région! Le gite est idéalement placé pour rejoindre les points intéressants de la région! Bref nous sommes 5 à recommander cette adresse!!!
