Brilliant holiday home!

This is a lovely holiday home with plenty of outdoor space and in a very quiet area, yet still within walking distance or a short drive into the centre of Saintes. The house was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed for a 10 day stay. Annie is a really friendly and attentive host, always available if we needed anything. We will definitely be coming back here!

This is a lovely place for a restful stay, this was our second visit. The rental is situated in a beautiful garden which is full of bird song. The little house is well equipped with everything that you need, there is secure parking next to the rental and behind a locked gate.It is about a 20 minute walk to the centre of town or the railway station, but there is a Leclerc about 10 minutes away.Annie is on site and able to help with any queries, it is a lovely place to stay.

We spent a very happy two weeks at this house. It is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Particular plus points was the lovely garden with shady spots to sit under, the terrace for outside dining & secure parking for our car. Saintes is an interesting town and it's possible to take the train to other nearby places, we went to Royan & Rochefort.Annie the host was friendly & welcoming and we would certainly return.

Quiet house on outskirts of Saintes

Spacious accommodation in a quiet area with good sized garden. Especially appreciated the automatic locking gate for security and electric shutters on windows. Plenty of hot water and efficient fan in bedroom. House was well equipped. While the property is on the outskirts of Saintes it is easily walkable into city for the essential croissant and coffee daily if needed. Well located for easy and quick access to major road network. Several large supermarkets nearby. Host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful but not intrusive.

Très bon accueil et vraiment très arrangeante car j'ai du changer les dates de mon séjour.Maison agréable.Mais il y a une seule vraie chambre fermée.Un lit est placé sur la mezzanine en guise de seconde chambre. Pas de porte intérieure avec la cuisine. Heureusement il a fait beau nous avons pu prendre nos petits déjeuners sur la terrasse, qui est très agréable.

Nous avons passés un séjour très agréable dans cette maison. Un quartier très calme et proche du centre. L'accueil est au top avec des hôtes discrets et très disponibles si besoin. Je ne peux que recommander cette location.

Un lieu agréable, pas mal de moustiques

La maison est très agréable, spacieuse et bien équipée. Il y a vraiment beaucoup de moustiques dans le jardin. Difficile de profiter de l'extérieur dans ces conditions. À l'intérieur, nous n'avons pas eu trop de mal à nous en débarrasser.

Tres bon séjour

Le gite est bien placé, à 15 mn à pied du centre ville. A 4mn en voiture d'une grande surface. L'espace du R+1 tres bien agencé. Annie est tees gentille et nous a bien reçu.

Maison très agréable

La maison est spacieuse et très agréable, adapté à une famille avec enfants de tous âges. Elle est bien situé car proche des commerces et de axes pour visiter le coin. Nous y séjournerons à nouveau avec plaisir !
