This 8th-floor residence is designed for luxurious comfort, making it the perfect couple getaway spot. With its unique layout, you can see the ocean from all parts of the condo!

THE CONDO:
Unlike most condominiums, our residence provides SPACE - fifty percent larger than most 1-bedroom properties. The living area contains a double electric recliner couch and a 43” Roku TV for your enjoyment and relaxation. Included for your use are DVDs, board games, and books for relaxation. The master bedroom contains a king bed, another Roku Smart TV, and private access to the oversized outdoor balcony. The balcony is over 190 square feet, compared to the typical 50 square feet at most one-bedroom properties. Relax on this over-sized balcony (25 feet long!) while watching inland sunsets under a cool ocean breeze.

THE HORIZON
The condo is in the Horizon at 77th, a fabulous, luxurious, and quiet 4-star resort. Enjoy a relaxing vacation without the crowds; only 143 residences spread over nine levels. The Horizon Resort contains upscale features like air-conditioned interior corridors for your comfort and safety. Elevated outdoor water amenities (heated pool in spring/fall, hot tub, lazy river) provide an unparalleled view of ancient live oaks, giving a canopy to a residential neighborhood. There are also many other features, like an indoor pool and whirlpool, a fitness room with a view of the ocean, and an elevated skydeck with comfortable lounging chairs and tables. From the moment you arrive, you will notice lush landscaping, plenty of on-site covered parking, and luggage carts to move your belongings. While you play, shop, and relax, on-site nighttime security will watch over you, the property, and your vehicle. And best of all, there is only a short 100-yard walk from The Horizon to the uncrowded beach.

THE GOLDEN MILE
The stretch of Ocean Boulevard that runs from about 31st Avenue N to 52nd Avenue N is nicknamed “The Golden Mile” because this prestigious area is mostly composed of private beachfront homes. The Horizon at 77th being just north of this area means there is less congestion on the beach and roads. This location is centrally located for all that Myrtle Beach offers, so you are just a few minutes from some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment options in Myrtle Beach. When you discover this section of Myrtle Beach, you, like many vacationers, will want to return year after year.

great Myrtle Beach location

For two folks, this is the perfect condo. GREAT location-easy drive/walk to just about everything the Myrtle Beach area has to offer. We have chosen this condo three times while in the Myrtle Beach area. Very easy to navigate and also very safe and family oriented. Close to EVERYTHING.

Absolutely AmaZing!!!

My husband and I celebrated his 75th Birthday & our 38th Anniversary while staying in this lovely, clean and intimate condo and it, along with EVERYTHING about this trip, was perfect!! Our host, Bob and Anne, were personable and thoughtful and kicked off our first night with a nice bottle of wine waiting to welcome us. If you're planning a getaway... this is indeed the place to stay!!

Great Beach Access Location on 77th St

Great condo for two- loved the balcony and view of the ocean. Used the lazy River, fitness center, pool. Nice location near EVERYTHING. Even drove down to Calabash in a shot period of time. Could have used a few extra master bathroom towels, but guess I could have brought a few of ours from home to supplement. Overall it was a wonderful stay there.

Great Stay

This was our second time staying in this condo. We absolutely love it!!!! It's literally a home away from home. We had everything we needed for our one week stay. There were updates made to the carpet and living room sofa bed. The balcony is absolutely the largest beach hotel/condo balcony I've seen in all my 10+ years staying in Myrtle Beach. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Roomy one bedroom condo

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was as described. Condo is perfect for two... not huge, but definitely not cramped. It had a roomy feel and nice furnishings. It is a short walk to the beach. The balcony is large with chairs and one lounger. The view is lovely, but partially obstructed by another condo. The sound of the ocean is somewhat hindered by the pool equipment of the neighboring condo. The location is easy access to stores and restaurants. Bob and Anne are great to rent from and very helpful and responsive. Excellent instructions provided. Loved that check out was at 11, rather than 10 which is ridiculous in my humble opinion! 😉 One other perk that we really enjoyed was having two beach chairs available. It may be time for the wireless infrastructure to be visited as it struggled to keep up with the demand of the building. There were a few things such as surfaces, tub, and mirrors that could have used more attention, but cleanliness was pretty good overall. A+ for the refrigerator. The kitchen was clean and neatly organized. Also, I didn't see a bug all week which in a humid environment is pretty impressive. I would be happy to recommend this unit to friends.

Great vacation

Wonderful

Bob and Anne’s condo is beautiful and exactly as described. We had a wonderful time! Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the morning and watching beautiful sunsets from there in the evening. We appreciated all the details and suggestions along with that delicious bottle of wine. The resort itself is great and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back!

30th anniversary

Bob and Anne had real pictures and were very attentive to all of our questions. This is a 5 star location. Building is exclusive as beach out back door and convenient for walking to great reestaurants.

Great Property and location

This property was clean and easy to get to. It is on the 8th floor but near the elevator, which was nice. Quiet building with a terrific view of the ocean. Pool was clean and not crowded at all. 2 minute walk to the sand. Would stay again.

Close walk to the beach

We had a really great stay, centrally located on the Myrtle Beach span, we even drove to Calabash one evening. Perfect for the two of us, loved the little fitness/ workout area. Felt very safe there and the parking area was convenient to accessing the 8th floor, where the condo was located. Great view.

The condo was everything we expected and more. The location was great, our host had everything we needed already there so we didn't worry about not having the basics. Only issue was the painters every morning on the balcony, plactic covered the view when sitting in the chairs, but we made the best of it. Maintenance is needed to keep up the place.

Bob is a retired chiropractor, and now he is a golf novice, getting lots of practice on the many courses in Myrtle Beach. He would be happy to join you on any golf course. Anne is a retired school social worker and Reiki practitioner. She is actively running the condo rental business (Easy Peasy Rentals), taking breaks to join Bob on the golf course, walking the beach, or going out to local restaurants and entertainment venues, so she knows what to recommend to guests.

We are happy to share one of our beach homes with you. We really believe you will love our condominium. We maintain high quality standards to maximize comfort and safety for all. All of our condos are a VERY SHORT walk (100 yards) to the beach and located just north of the Golden Mile, so beach and car traffic is at a minimum. This is the perfect location to relax and enjoy the salt air. We pride ourselves on making sure that our guests have the most comfortable and enjoyable trip possible.
