Ever think you can get a beachy vibe in Goodyear, Arizona? Welcome to our home!! We have a pool to get you refreshed in a splash!

No charge per guest. We do require a deposit upon before check in which will be refunded if there are no parties, all rules are followed and there is no damage.

Home can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. 4 bedrooms total: 3 bedrooms with 1 Queen Bed, Master Bedroom has 2 Queen beds, one air bed that can be used anywhere and a sofa that can sleep one person.

The home comfortably sleeps 12 guests. There is a a dining table for 6. You can enjoy the sun outside in chairs, go for a swim or play some ball games with our floating basketball pool hoop.

Guests may access the full home.

We are as available as they would like us to be. We are always just a message away.

Home is cleaned and maintained with 100% natural products. Sheets and towels are washed with toxic chemical free detergents.

We are located minutes from both I-10 freeway and Loop 303.

The home is 20 minutes South of Buckeye, Arizona.

Phoenix Airport is a 27 mile distance.

A Harkins movie theater is 10 minutes from our home.

Neighborhood shopping plazas include: Super Target, Gym: LA Fitness and other fast food places: Dominos, Jack in the Box, Taco Bell and Carl’s Junior. We love our local sushi restaurant Ah Hai Sushi and Grill.

Driveway parking is available. The home is has a small street available for additional parking, if needed. But please use the driveway before parking in the street.

Uber and lyft are active in our area.

Feel free to send us any address and we'll be more than happy to tell you the distance especially before booking.

We accept pets. Maximum two pets and we charge 75 dollars for each pet. Customer should notify us.
We have security cameras placed in the entrance door and in the driveway. We do not monitor theses cameras 24/7, but we keep it to ensure the safety of the house and those residing in it.

Overall everything was ok. The house is in need of some repairs.If the house can accommodate 12 guests then, some bedroom furniture should be added where they can put their things.Specific issues were sent to property manager.

In town to help elderly parents move out of AZ. All 5 of us were able to wash clothes as two washers and dryers. Very helpful! Beds comfortable, we brought our own pillows. Able to get good nights sleep after exhausting days of packing. Host was quick to respond to our questions. Thank you

Met the needs of our stay

This property is in a great location central to golfing sporting events, etc. there are a few repairs that are needed such as the sliding glass door lock, garage door opener, and some interior repairs, but was fine for our group. Owner/manager was very friendly and responsive.

Good location in a quiet neighborhood.

House is comfortable but is in need of some updating and a deep cleaning. Very sparse furnishings with no reading space or lamps by the beds. Nice neighbors.

It was clean, however the beds were like sleeping on plywood. The pillows were flat. It had rained and there was a huge puddle on the patio area that was there for 2weeks. There wasn't a can opener that worked. There were no wash cloths. There were some holes in doors. No privacy drapes on the sliders. One toilet runs unless you jiggle handle. This is a neighborhood of families Not a getaway, lots of noise, there are 2 busy roads on sides of lot.

This house was super cute and beachy! Me and my friends had a great time!

This was an amazing property and the only reason why it wasn’t 5 stars all around was because you can hear kids screaming next door until about 9 pm and there were a lot of bees in the pool. We had the tools to remove them, and did but we got scared. The trash also hadn’t been taken out but there were a couple bins still available! Overall it was an amazing experience and we would all recommend the house and stay there again ourselves!
