Bright, breezy spaces inside gated historic 1777 Danish Great House on corner lot in heart of prime downtown Christiansted neighborhood. Iconic landmark known for over a century as the Coff House.

Easy walk to all of Christiansted town, Gallows Bay, and water taxi to Hotel on the Cay/Protestant Cay beach, sea plane and ferry to St. Thomas. Two short blocks for Art Thursdays, Jump Up festivals, St. Patrick's Day parade, etc.

Spectacular views and breezes, including from rooftop deck and patios on property.

Large master bedroom with queen bed. 2nd bedroom with full bed. A/C unit cools both bedrooms.

Wall of windows for views and breezes. Open living room, dining area and full kitchen with essentials, for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Quiet neighborhood, even though it is only a few minutes from the boardwalk.

Ample street parking on both sides of property.

Please leave the apartment how it was received. We will do the deep clean, but please return the apartment as if you were a guest in a friend's house - clean and tidy.
To help us keep our cleaning fees low for future renters, please wash, dry and put away dishes. Hang any wet towels. Leave sheets on bed, so we can pretreat as necessary before washing.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please return home to the condition it was received in. Cleaners will clean and do laundry, but do not do dishes, rearrange furniture, etc.
Please turn off AC, etc. when you leave. Electricity is VERY expensive, and we will have to check meters and charge if usage is above normal.
Quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am. For roofdeck, do not go beyond the pergola, move furniture, or use past sunset.
