Bright, breezy spaces inside gated historic 1777 Danish Great House on corner lot in heart of prime downtown Christiansted neighborhood. Iconic landmark known for over a century as the Coff House.

Easy walk to all of Christiansted town, Gallows Bay, and water taxi to Hotel on the Cay/Protestant Cay beach, sea plane and ferry to St. Thomas. Two short blocks for Art Thursdays, Jump Up festivals, St. Patrick's Day parade, etc.

Spectacular views and breezes, including from rooftop deck and patios on property.

Large master bedroom with queen bed. 2nd bedroom with full bed. A/C unit cools both bedrooms.

Wall of windows for views and breezes. Open living room, dining area and full kitchen with essentials, for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Quiet neighborhood, even though it is only a few minutes from the boardwalk.

Ample street parking on both sides of property.

Please leave the apartment how it was received. We will do the deep clean, but please return the apartment as if you were a guest in a friend's house - clean and tidy.

To help us keep our cleaning fees low for future renters, please wash, dry and put away dishes. Hang any wet towels. Leave sheets on bed, so we can pretreat as necessary before washing.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please return home to the condition it was received in. Cleaners will clean and do laundry, but do not do dishes, rearrange furniture, etc.

Please turn off AC, etc. when you leave. Electricity is VERY expensive, and we will have to check meters and charge if usage is above normal.

Quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am. For roofdeck, do not go beyond the pergola, move furniture, or use past sunset.

This guest was a (now former) friend who requested a same-day rental at a highly discounted rate (50% off), claiming urgent need for temporary housing. He agreed to move in without a cleaning and to deep clean the apartment before leaving, if we did not charge him a cleaning fee or the full rental rate. He OVERSTAYED HIS RESERVATION TWICE without any communication. The second time I had to threaten to call the police if he didn't leave immediately, as I had another guest scheduled to move in. He paid for the first extension, but left without paying for the second extension and without cleaning the apartment. He also left a broken coffee table he moved from the living room to the 2nd bedroom upside down and on top of tiles he somehow broke. The issues were reported to VRBO and I requested they not let him post a review when he started making threats against me. Shame on him and shame on VRBO.
