Great property well equipped

Great property in size and very well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Check in process was easy and the owner/manger was great in communication. Location is nice just a short walk to the beach

Amazing Host

Amazing host, check in was great even with a language barrier. She was so kind and nice and showed us everything we needed to know. The place is 10 min from Saint Maxime. An awesome beach town. 10/10 highly recommend.

L’appartement est bien placé pour tout faire a pieds.Il est assez confortable avec deux clim qui nous ont permis de supporter la chaleur.Pour le reste: - le balcon donne sur un parking;- on est vraiment chez l’hote, et c’est loin d’etre nickel: la brosse de vaisselle est toute moisie, les casseroles sont tres tres usees et separees entre elles par des sopalins qui sont tout jaunes, la douche contient encore la fleur de douche et la brosse de la proprietaire, l’aspirateur sent tellement mauvais qu’il n’est pas possible de l’utiliser… et je m’arrete la! Bref je n’aurai rien dit si des amis m’avaient prete un tel appartement, mais a ce prix la, ce n’est pas normal.

Madame,Monsieur, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de mettre vos appréciations, ceci permet d'améliorer les points que vous avez jugé négatifs. Toutefois, je me permets d'apporter quelques réponses à, vos remarques : -brosse à vaisselle moisie, elle n'était pas noire, -aspirateur qui sentait mauvais, je m'en suis servie pour constater,au début peut être, car le technicien pour la clim s 'en est servi ; mais vous n'avez pas nettoyer l'appartement en entier, parce que l'odeur a disparu après. - maintenant le balcon, il donne sur le parking privé, sécurisé de la résidence mais vous avez omis de dire qu'il est entouré de jardin et de grands arbres que vous voyez depuis la terrasse (ce n'est pas un balcon). -Quant à la batterie de cuisine, , il y a une petite casserole qui est abimée, mais tout le reste est en parfait état, voir neuf. et chaque élément de cuisine est séparé par du sopalin propre. Pour FINIR: Vous n'avez pas mentionné que STE-MAXIME offre tous les soirs des spectacles gratuits avec des orchestres très variés, et des animations de rue LE PRIX , je suis désolée, vous avez obtenu une remise pour réservation anticipée, cela vous est revenu à 38 €/personne/par nuit (vous étiez 4), pour le mois d'aout. Très bon accueuil logement très bien agencé propre spacieux pour 4

Nous avons passé un agréable moment l'appartement est bien situé pour faite beaucoup de chose à pied la propriétaire agréable...juste une incompréhension au niveau du ménage car sur l'annonce il était dit que si nous faisions le ménage il nous devait être restitué les 63 euros de mangé mais nous avons fait le ménage à fond et pas de restitution je trouve ça un peu dommage car nous ne payons jamais le forfait ménage car nous estimons rentré les lieux à chaque fois impeccable ....vacanciers très agréablement surpris de ce bel endroit à refaire

J ai passe un séjour magnifique a Sainte maxime .L appartement est dans une résidence calme et privatif avec place de parking..L appartement est bien équipe on a l impression d être chez soi .La propriétaire est a l écoute et très attentif à notre confort Je la remercie pour son accueil.Je reviendrai les yeux fermes

Un séjour de trois semaines chez Nicole

La résidence est bien située, on peut rejoindre le centre ville ou les plages à pied. L' appartement de Nicole est calme et confortable. Le balcon-terrasse est un plus pour profiter des repas en extérieur où une plancha vous permettra d'ailleurs de déguster de délicieuses brochettes. Nicole est accueillante et à l'écoute. Un séjour réussi!
