Descent ONLY for short stay !

The only good point is the location, it’s well located in Sainte Maxime. I stayed for a bit more than a month and didn’t felt very confortable, here is why : - the mattresses were not confortable at all ( my husband and I suffered from back pain from it) seems old and would really need to be changed. - The bedding is not provided which is not convenient for travellers to bring their own sheets, towels… which I didn’t realise because the description doesn’t mention it so something to be aware of ! - The laundry machine is extremely small and doesn’t fit much ( 5 piece of clothes max) which make it very hard to take care of your laundry - The floor was very cold and it would have been nice if she provided a carpet. - The cleaning done before we arrive was not spotless, found some hair in the sink and bath…, I had to clean again everything myself - I thought the cleaning was included in the price but it’s not so you have to clean the place yourself before to leave or you would be charged 80euros for it, also something to be aware of ! Overall I would say that this place is expensively priced for what it is !! and it’s only ok if you are staying couple nights not more than that or you would find your stay pretty inconfortable and not worth your money ! The place could be really nice if the owner put some effort in changing things which I highly advice her to do so especially when you want to price your place in this price range !

Appartement agréable et spacieux , à 2 pas du centre ville et des commerces. Ils est possible de faire toutes ses sorties et courses à pied sans qu'il soit besoin de prendre la voiture. Il y a une navette maritime au départ de Sainte Maxime pour St tropez et Grimaud ce qui est très appréciable. Le garage protégé est un plus.

L'appartement est très bien situé à Sainte Maxime, la plage est à moins de 5 min à pieds. Il est très agréable, au calme, fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé. La place de parking et l'accès à la piscine sont un plus.Et encore merci à la propriétaire pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse.

Perfekte Lage, super ausgestattete und großzügige Wohnung. Die gesamte Abwicklung mit der Agentur hat wunderbar funktioniert. Den Pool haben wir auf Grund der Jahreszeit (März) nicht genutzt.

Séjour sainte maxime

Notre séjour s'est bien passé. Le logement est idéalement situé à proximité du centre et des commerces. Le garage est un plus pou garer le véhicule. L'accueil s'est très bien passé et la personne est très courtoise.

Schöner Urlaub

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Der Strand war fussläufig zu erreichen. Der Pool wurde täglich genutzt. Es war ein überdachter PKW-Stellplatz vorhanden. Die kleine Küchenzeile hat für vier Personen ausgereicht und in der Waschmaschine (4 Liter) konnten wir schnell unsere Kleidung und die Badehandtücher durchwaschen.

Super séjour à Sainte Maxime

Super séjour dans ce bel appartement très bien placé au calme avec une belle vue sur les jardins et le préconil. Tout proche de la plage et du centre on peut tout faire à pied. Les enfants ont pu également profiter de la belle piscine de la résidence. A recommander !

Très bien situé

Super accueil, appartement très propre et bien équipé. On est à proximité de tout. Une fois la voiture au garage, nous avons tout fait à pied. Je recommande pour des petites vacances en famille.
