We've gone through VRBO five times previously to this one for stays. This is the first time we've had to clean upon arrival, that was very disappointing. The floors and countertops were dirty. The comforters in four of the rooms were stained and there was hair in two of the sets of sheets so lots of laundry before the end of the first night. The pool company turned off the heat three days before we left so the pool was cold and unusable, that was a bummer. The host said they couldn't make it back to turn it back on for us and refunded us a couple days worth. The patio furniture was tired and dated.We did go up to the community pool area and that was a highlight of our stay, much warmer water! The AC was cold so that was nice and the host did respond in a timely matter. I appreciated that.

While the Disney World part of our vacation was magical - the house ended up being a stressor to our family getaway. Dead bugs on the carpet. Urine and feces left on toilets. Dry blood left on shower walls. When we asked host to consider a refund as a thank you for the time we spent cleaning the house. We got no response

While Disney World was fun, the claims about dead bugs on the carpet, urine and feces in the toilets, and dried blood on the shower walls are completely FALSE. I sent cleaning crew next day after your checking and we didn't find any . We even cleaned again for you. You then tried to extort money from us in exchange for a “better review” and didn’t even pay for the pool heater. That behavior is unacceptable. It’s clear that the negative review was posted simply because your plans to extort money didn’t work out.

Great place to stay

This neighborhood is amazing especially with kids. Very clean house with lots of room for the friends and family. Next visit I hope i can get this property to stay at.

Home was not cleaned properly before our arrival. Floors and countertops were sticky, food and visible dirt on the floor. Used tissues found on the floor by the bed, sippy cup of old milk found under the couch. No starting supplies such as paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, etc shampoo etc (listing states you will have 3 days worth). No trash can in lower level bathroom, supplies were delivered after communicating with property owner but no one ever came to clean although he said he would try to send someone.

Good location - needs TLC

Great neighborhood and easy access to Disney. Large house with room to spread out but it's beat up & needs some TLC. Fridge didn't work correctly (freezer too cold, fridge not cold enough) and the owner couldn't get it repaired while we were there. We ended up throwing out food that went bad.

If you advise the house for 14 then there should be dishes and plates for 14. Cooking was hard with random pots. There was a lot of hair in the upstairs bathroom floor and king bed. I did not appear to be cleanThe screen door to the porch was not able to close. The latch was broken. Reported to the pool man. Also the gate around the pool

A little good and a little bad

The good: The unit was clean has many bedrooms and newer small kitchen appliances like Ninja products (although the blender was broken). The bad: Property manager was accusatory on items that were wrong or broken. The dishwasher must be from 1980. The wheels on the bottom rack are missing. The refrigerator was very small compared to the opening. Must have been a much larger frig prior to this one. Ice maker did not work but he did provide ice. Broken or loose floor tiles in the kitchen, light under microwave does not work and was not fixed during our stay of 3 weeks (needed an electrician, leaking pipes in one of the bathrooms (not repaired during our stay) missing chairs for dining and kitchen set, missing lounge chairs by pool (compared to the photos). After several days the handyman did bring over 2 brand new lounge chairs and 2 outside chairs for the pool area. 1 toilet seat is broken and 1 toilet is not attached to the floor. Carpet runner is coming off the steps, pool tiles (outside the pool) are uneven in places and could cause a tripping hazard. The property manager, who I was told is also the owner does have another job and is not readily available at times. Having said all this, the house itself was overall fine. Each bedroom has two bath towels, one hand towel and a wash cloth. Not really any extras. There are no ceiling fans in any bedrooms. There was at one time but they have been removed. Box fans were provided although some were duct taped together. Like I said the unit was fine but not really worth the higher rental rate we paid compared to other units we have rented on that same street. The unit does have an actual hot tub and not just a spa. There is a newer washer and dryer. The lanai has some holes in it there by letting in the neighborhood squirrel every now and then but it was scared of us and ran out just as fast. It came into the lanai 3 times in our 3 week stay.

I felt Patty just did a home inspection during her stay. All I heard were complaints about simple things like a missing chair, door knobs, etc., and she expected an immediate response.
