Nice villa but nowhere near big enough for 10 people unless you are willing to be on split levels

Thank you for your review! I agree that it is a bit tight indoor in each of the 2 living rooms for 10 persons but there are plenty of space to dine together all 10 on the dining terrace. Welcome back!

Vi hade en väldigt fin vecka i Nerja i detta toppenboende. Vi var två familjer som reste tillsammans och huset hade gott om plats för oss alla. Härlig takterass med fantastisk utsikt, pool att doppa sig när man kom tillbaka från stranden och alla faciliteter man behöver. Värden Johan var väldigt välkomnande, gav bra instruktioner och var snabb och tillgänglig om det var något. Rekommenderar varmt detta boende till alla som ska besöka Nerja. Nära stranden, nära Mercadona och underbar utsikt över Nerja.

Casa bien ubicada y funcional. Tiene el mayor menaje que haya visto en una cocina. No falta de nada y en cantidad para 10 personas. Tienen juegos y libros. Habitaciones grandes en la zona de abajo. Las 3 habitaciones de arriba más pequeñas. A mejorar: que los armarios empotrados de las habitaciones de arriba no tienen cajoneras y una renovación de la nevera no vendría mal. Propietario super amable, con muchas instrucciones sobre Nerja y la casa. Repetiríamos si fueramos a Nerja.

Lugnt läge i Nerja nära stranden

Mycket väldisponerad villa med allt du i princip behöver för en lyckad semester. Tyst air condition, bra sängsr även om en bäddmadrass vore önskvärt. Väutrustat kök , Härlig takterass, skulle vilja att det fanns en parasoll där också. gott om parkeringsplatser ( gratis ). Väldigt snabb och bra respoins från ägarna som lsöte några små behov som uppstod.

Wonderful house

Great house, spacious modern ultra clean with all facilities near the main beach and seafront restaurants. Quiet résidence. A common swimming pool like it was ours! What else?

Perfect stay! A beautiful house with stunning view

We stayed one week in this lovely house. Casa Chloe is a contentful house, we were 6 adults with children who lived here. The house is well equipped, with everything you may need. The children liked that there was swimming pool right outside the door. Perfect location is absolutely superb with short walk to the beach and to the city of beautiful Nerja. We will be happy to return!

Family holiday in Nerja

Very spacious apartment Casa Verkath is exactly as described by Johan and Lotta. The apartment is spacious and light. The owner was very helpful sending detailed information regarding the apartment and appliances beofre our trip. This information was invaluable as we had chosen to use public transport and the directions and photographs had allowed us to have some recognition we had arrived to the correct apartment. This apartment is just as advertised with amazing views from the very large terrace. Plenty of seating and loungers to soak up the sun with sun shade accessible through the use of shades if required. There is the use of a pool located just across the street from the apartment. The apartment is situated not far from Burriana Beach which has plenty of restaurants and bars and Johan and Lotta had provided a useful guide to the various restaurants in Nerja. We had a great holiday. We also found Nerja a wonderful town still very Spanish and unspoilt by tourism. There is a large supermarket nearby which is very reasonably priced. There is a small supermarket at Burriana beach which is a bit more expensive.  There are some very nice restaurants with good food, especially Bruxelles at Burriana Beach.  This area is not for the faint hearted or people with walking difficulties, we counted 141 steps up from the town or a rather steep hill, either way it was enough to keep the pulse racing. The Balcon de Europa is a lovely area of Nerja and is highly recommended. A visit during the late afternoon into the evening provides stunning views of the sun setting over the sea.   The taxis are quite easy to get hold of and the bars will ring for a taxi for you if needed.  Highly recommend this apartment and the ease of communication with the owners.

Nerja villa casa chloe

The villa is excellent for a large party, we were 9 ,3 of which children, The pool and facilities are really good would recommend it. Could be problem with mobility as its at top of a hill and can be tiring in the heat. Nerja is an excellent location with superb tapas bars. The only complaint was the beach , there is an issue with the sewerage and it was visible in the sea the day we were there. Shame really avoid the beach until they sort it out.

Casa Chloe was Perfect property!

We were 6 adults staying in Casa Chloe and We hade a lot of space! We used the front terass with lounge funiture a lot! And the pool area as well. We were almost by our selfe there all the time. Wery quite and nice environment. The owners Lotta and Johan was wery good to ha e to do with! Everything you neded where in the house! We can highly recomend Casa Chloe! And of course Nerja that is a lovely place to stay in. The food is excellent everywere!

Väldigt bra läge

Väldigt bra läge - lugnt läge med utsikt över hav, Nerja samt bergen och utsikt från terrass och underbar takterass. Nära city och skönt att klara sig utan bil för att komma till stranden och Nerja för att äta på kvällarna. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka igen.
