Between the Brienne canal and the boulevards, you will have the choice of local shops (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakery < 5' walk) and walks.


Transport

In the heart of the Compans district, the apartment ideally serves the west of Toulouse (Colomiers, Saint-Martin-du-Touch) as well as the city centre (On foot: Canal de Brienne 1', Pierre Baudis Congress Centre 8', Place Saint Pierre 10', Capitole 20'). Direct access to the ring road (twin bridge exit 5') but everything is possible on foot. Metro Compans Cafarelli (line B) 5' away, Velo toulouse, bus line n°63 (Airbus) and line L1 (city centre), bus n°31 (Jardin des Plantes) and bus n°45 (Purpan) nearby.

We enjoyed the location - walkable to all of Toulouse. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for our group of four, with comfortable living room for relaxing. Sadly the weather did not cooperate for enjoying the garden. Next time!

Wonderful week in Toulouse

The apartment worked out perfectly for three friends from the U.S. spending a week visiting Toulouse and celebrating a birthday. The apartment is clean, spacious and very comfortable. The patio and garden are perfect for enjoying nice weather. The neighborhood is quiet and close to restaurants, the river and canals. All of the main tourist sites and the train station are within a 25-30 minute walk. François.-Xavier is an excellent host. His communication from the point of booking until the conclusion of the trip was prompt, helpful and generally superb. I would repeat this experience in a heartbeat!

Très bon séjour – logement adapté aux famillesNous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement spacieux, bien situé et parfaitement adapté à une famille. L’environnement est calme et agréable.Petit bémol : une odeur d’humidité et de renfermé à notre arrivée et persistante durant le sejour. Il est difficile d’aérer, la présence de nombreux moustiques rendant l’ouverture des fenêtres compliquée.

C’était super. Nous avons trouvé l’appartement vraiment bien- grande, propre et très bien organisé. Il est bien situé pour découvrir la ville. On a pris les vélos de Toulouse dont la station était proche. Robert était chaleureux et attentif. Nous aimerions revenir.

Cadre exception à quelques pas du centre. Commodité toute proche. Cadre exceptionnel pour être à deux pas du centre. Le propriétaire est disponible et très à l'écoute. Appartement avec jardin magnifiquement arrangé. À conseiller pour un petit groupe d'ami(e)s ou une grande famille.

Excellent séjour

Séjour absolument parfait à Toulouse, l'appartement est propre, spacieux, agréable et bien isolé de la chaleur. Il est en outre très bien placé pour des visites à Toulouse à pied et proche de la rocade pour partir faire des balades dans les environs. François-Xavier est un hôte extrêmement bienveillant, très réactif et à l'écoute des besoins des personnes qu'il accueille. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille très agréable avec deux enfants en bas âge (2 ans et 5 mois), l'appartement est idéal et sécurisé, le jardin et la terrasse sont enfin très agréables. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Super Wohnung!!!!

Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern mit 5 Personen in der Wohnung. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns bei vielen Fragen super weitergeholfen. Die Wohnung ist super schön und mehr als komplett mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Besonders haben wir das Frühstück im kleinen Garten (sehr ruhigen) genossen. Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Vom Flughafen aus nur zwei Stationen mit dem schnellbus navette aero bis zur Metro compans caffarelli. Aber eigentlich haben wir die Metro gar nicht gebraucht, weil die Wohnung so zentral liegt, dass man die Altstadt wunderbar zu Fuß von dort aus erkunden kann. Alles in allem: ein super Urlaub! - und ein Tipp zum Schluss: der wunderschöne japanische Garten direkt in der Nähe…

Notre séjour à Toulouse fut très agréable. L'appartement est bien situé (nous avons tout fait à pieds) et très fonctionnel. Idéal pour les familles. François-Xavier à été un hôte particulièrement attentionné du début à la fin. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
