Good communication, lots of thoughtful extras stocked in the home like spices in the kitchen, soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the showers, cotton rounds, q-tips, and even soaking salts. The home was very clean, even up to my husband's very high standards. The pool and spa are very nice, enjoyed by all. Plenty of room, lots of seating for large groups. GREAT location in Scottsdale - we felt very safe and loved how close we were to trendy shopping spots. Thank you!
