For holidays or weekends, with family or friends, beautiful house of 150 m² with private heated swimming pool, completely renovated, on a large enclosed and wooded garden of 2000 m², 5 minutes from Cabourg, its promenade and its beach. Extension of the house in 2023 to create a dining room.

The house consists of: On the ground floor:
- a large entrance
- a spacious living room with open kitchen with island, fully equipped (hob, convection oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher),
- a dining room with a large table that can accommodate 12 people
- a scullery/laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- a 15 m² veranda at the back of the house overlooking the swimming pool with small garden furniture and table football,
- a corridor with cupboard leading to 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (double sink and shower + bath), separate toilet.
Upstairs:
- a landing leading to 4 bedrooms,
- a bathroom with a shower,
- a separate toilet.

The swimming pool, in-ground and private (8.50 x 4.25 - flat bottom of 1.50m), is heated all year round. It is covered by an openable enclosure. The pool is also covered with an electric roller shutter (safety device). Pool robot for cleaning.

You will also have the following equipment: Wifi, TV in the living room and in all bedrooms. Outside: terrace with table under pergola, overlooking the pool, sun loungers, barbecue, garden furniture, outdoor ping-pong table (during the summer season), ...

Bed linen provided for stays of one week or more, optional with extra charge for short stays.

Rental only by the week in July, August and during school holidays. À la carte formulas: weekends, long weekends, long weekends or mid-weeks on request, minimum of 2 nights, please contact us.

Our house benefits from a privileged location, which will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in the region. The beach of Cabourg is 5 minutes away by car and you will have no difficulty parking since you will have a parking space in a closed residence with direct access to the beach and the Marcel Proust promenade without road to cross. The beach of Cabourg extends over 4 kilometres. Many activities and visits also await you in the vicinity and in particular: thalasso (the Bains de Cabourg), golf, horse riding, horse races, the beaches and landing sites (American cemetery of Colleville sur, Pegasus Bridge sea...). Deauville is 18 kms away, Ouistream 20 kms, Caen 30 kms, and Honfleur 45 kms. A getaway on the cider route and a visit to Suisse Normande are to be done.
