The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

Spread across three levels, the home offers flexible spaces for both privacy and togetherness. The second floor features two bedrooms with king beds, each with its own ensuite bath. On the first floor, a cozy bedroom with two twin beds is located beside a hall bath. The third floor loft includes twin bunk beds and a kitchenette, a favorite spot for kids or teens to retreat and unwind after a day at the beach.



Indoor living

Inside, you’ll find a bright and inviting layout with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable. A large Smart TV and Wi-Fi provide easy entertainment, while a washer and dryer make extended stays stress-free. Thoughtful details like board games, books, and reading material are available for slower-paced days. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help keep every space comfortable throughout the seasons.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics such as pots, pans, and essential seasonings. A gas grill is available for barbecues, and four complimentary bikes make exploring the paved paths that wind through Seagrove and toward nearby Seaside an easy adventure. Guests also have access to two community pools - one of which is heated seasonally from October 31 to January 1 and again from March 15 to May 15 - as well as a tennis court and an outdoor shower to rinse off after beach days.

The Grove by the Sea community offers an unbeatable location, with beach access directly across 30A at S. Andalusia Beach. Restaurants, shops, and the heart of Seaside are a short stroll or bike ride away, making it simple to enjoy both quiet relaxation and lively coastal attractions.

Guests will have free parking for up to four vehicles on site, with keypad entry for easy self check-in. Safety features include exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a fire extinguisher. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, soap, and shampoo are provided, along with extras like hair dryer, ironing facilities, and clothing storage.

Full refund minus $250 if canceled 60+ days before arrival

50% refund minus $250 if canceled 30–60 days before arrival

No refunds for cancellations within 30 days

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.
