Central Morzine Location, on a quiet road

Multipass is offered in the summer for a minimal cost pr day pr person includes a multitude of free activities including lift pass, pool pass and discounts in shops and restuarants. Ski Pass discount is offered in the winter months. Apartment has a Balcony with a view of Pleney. There is a 2nd balcony off the double bedroom. Furnished in a contemporary style, and comfortably sleeping 4, this is an ideal location for friends or family. This location is aprx 300m from the Tourist Office and central to all Morzine amenities. Both the Pleney and Super Morzine cable car lifts are within a five minute walk. There is a huge choice of restaurants just on the doorstep and located between a supermarket and small convenience store. The apartment comprises 1 double master bedroom and a twin room both en suite. Open plan kitchen, dining living space with wrap around balcony offering views to the surrounding mountains and pistes. Private exterior parking space and underground lockable ski / bike storage room. The apartment also has Free Wifi, and international TV with English and Foreign channels and Internet Apps such as Prime, Disney & Netflix.

We had a fantastic 5 night stay at this apartment this summer. Spacious and comfortable - everything as described. Good location with short walking distance to bars, restaurants, and to the Super Morzine and Pleney lifts. Would definitely stay again.Host Lori was very responsive to messages.

A few days of skiing in Portes du Soleil

This is a perfect apartment for a ski trip to Morzine. A great location for the ski lifts, shops and bars. The apartment had everything that we needed. A great host too!

Excellent apartment. Great location for the slopes and the town. Very clean, nicely furnished and had everything we needed for our break. Our host was very helpful and any queries we had were answered very promptly. We would definitely book again.

Perfect location in between super Morzine & le Pléney lifts! Apartment is lovely!! Very spacious! Ideal addition would we boot warmers in the locker room. Especially this time of year with slushier slopes! Other than that 100% would stay here again

Absolute gem

We loved this place. Space, comfort, storage, location - everything was perfect. Two mins walk to town, five to the super Morzine lift in ski boots and Lori was great to deal with and communicative throughout the booking and pre arrival stages.

Easy booking, great communication with owner, very easy check in and apartment itself fabulous! Lovely location, close to amenities and lifts but quiet. Enough space for 4 adults with 2 en-suite bathrooms. Recommended!

I have owned a rental property in Morzine for the past 25 years, we have watched the town grow from a small village into the vibrant Town it is today.

Why they chose this property

We choose Morzine because of the diversity of the Town between summer months and winter months. The town embraces tourists and has a host of events throughout the year beyond mountain biking and skiing, such as the Mont Blanc rally and Harley Davidson Festival.

What makes this property unique

Our apartment is very cozy and comfortable all year round and located right in the centre of Town, yet it is on a very quiet road with south facing wrap around balcony great for capturing the afternoon and early evening sunshine.
