Welcome to 432 Beach Club! This immaculate 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom oceanview condo has been and is the perfect getaway at The Beach Club on St. Simons Island. Just steps from the beach, this condo features stone and hardwood flooring throughout the spacious condo.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!
Pets are not permitted
Linens (bath towels & bed sheets) as well as pool/beach towels provided

Parking restricted to 2 vehicles max (no boats, trailers, campers, RV's)

The updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer, dining table for four and bar seating for two will make you feel right at home. The living room has plenty of seating with a 43" flat panel tv which leads to the wide 4th floor balcony where you can smell the salt air and take in wonderful side views of the beach. Both bedrooms also have access to the balcony. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom. The soaking tub in the primary bath is the perfect way to unwind after a wonderful day at the beach. The guest bedroom features one queen bed with a hallway bathroom. The amenities of the Beach Club are second to none on St. Simons Island. The property includes garage parking with secured entry, a large oceanfront pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, private beach access, elevators, tennis court, business and fitness center (open 5am-11pm) and a community party room that can be reserved for an additional fee.

Please note, beginning mid-August, construction will begin to repair the damaged sloped barrel tile roofs around the upper perimeter of the Beach Club, as well as the Multi-Purpose Building and the front office roof. The Northern exterior parking near the Multi-Purpose Building will be closed for contractor staging. The Courtyard garage parking will be closed in sections for 2 weeks each during overhead work. Construction noise and activity are expected throughout the project, which will last approximately 2 months.

14 days from arrival - 50% refund
