Great cabins with all you could need for a wonderful vacation. Good location for road trips to Burlington or the NY side of the lake. Access to water right across the road was wonderful.
Cute cottage right on the lake. We watched the beautiful sunsets on the private beach every night. Our dogs loved playing in the water. Very clean and perfect for a short getaway!
This spot was super cute!
The cottage was very clean, a lot of great add ons like a Brita pitcher. The bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend!
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was cute and well appointed. The proximity to the state park was great and it was a nice place to walk. The beach was smaller than we expected and really only suitable for 1-2 families or groups at a time.

I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay here and I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to explain that our beach area is 1050' long and that our guests are welcome to go anyplace along our beach. We do set up the chairs and kayaks near the dock, and most guests hang out in that area (rarely more than two groups and mostly one group). But the 4th of July week is busy and you might find more than two groups on the beach that week. Anyway, I hope to see you again, and I'll show you the options for places on our beach.
The cabin and its location are lovely and just what we were looking for! A very peaceful spot to relax and take in the beauty of Lake Champlain. Dave was very quick to respond by text to our initial questions upon arrival.
The cottage we stayed in was exceptionally clean and had all the comforts of home. The location is off the beaten path with nice views of Lake Champlain. It was a good choice for us with a limited budget. Owner was friendly and approachable.
We stayed two weeks at David’s cottage and everything couldn’t have been more perfect. The cottage was very clean and the sunset was stunning. David took care of any needs we had immediately. He was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit our family.
The cottages are located on Lake Champlain and are all well equipped if you plan on preparing any meals here. We came to bike and the location was perfect. Drive to a rail trail or just bike on the quiet roads surrounding the Lake. David our host was friendly and helpful. All around a perfect stay and we will return.
The cottage was perfect! It was very clean and well equipped. My 23 year old daughter and I were quite comfortable with the space and loved everything about it. The peaceful location and breathtaking views of Lake Champlain could not be beat! It was the “just right” restful and relaxing retreat that we both needed.
We had a wonderful time. Took a quick trip (two nights). Even though the weather was soggy we still appreciated the beautiful sunsets! Our cottage was spotless and we appreciated the kitchen tools available.
The beautiful and clean cottage gave our family the space we needed to slow down and disconnect from our daily grind of life. The country location overlooking Lake Champlain was tranquil. The kitchen was well stocked to allow us to continue to enjoy “home” cooked food.
Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The host set things up so that every cottage had a nice view of the lake. He was accommodating, helpful, and kind. Everything was set up nicely and just as it was advertised.
My only suggestion would be to have screens in the bedroom windows in the spring and fall when air conditioners are not in place.

I total forgot to put them in. I'll do that today. Thank you.
The cottage is very clean, comfortable, and convenient. The owner couldn’t be nicer and provided helpful communication for our stay. Everything was as described. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and modern. The whole cottage is lovely and spacious. The sunset views are lovely and even the view behind the cottage is of lovely fields that are so very Vermont. The setting is very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended!
My husband and I spent 3 nights here over 4th of July with our 2 dogs. The cottage was very comfortable and cozy. Our pups enjoyed swimming in the lake and exploring the fields and woods surrounding the property.
We also enjoyed kayaking and relaxing on the beach at Dunes State park.
The cottage has a well equipped kitchen. This was helpful because most restaurants were closed over the holiday, so we stocked up at the local grocery store and grilled at the cottage instead!
David the property manager was very pleasant and we enjoyed chatting with him.
We went to Daves's place and we enjoyed our stay. We communicated often with our host for questions about the area and answered them all!. We plan to go back next year.
