Host and all of the staff we had the pleasure of meeting were so gracious and hospitable! The house was beautifully finished and very comfortable. Close to everything but honestly hard to leave because it was so well equipped and fun! Loved our stay here!!!

Great accommodations, loved the area! Had everything we needed for 6 people. George our host was great and was always available if we needed something. Highly recommend this villa and would stay here again!

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else

Gorgeous, clean, and quiet villa with all amenities and beach gear. Equipped with separate AC units in each room so each guest can have own comfort level. Amazing foliage and gorgeous walk to beach. Our property manager George was very responsive and helpful!

I cannot say enough great things about this house and our experience with George (the villa’s Guest Service associate). From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtful, easy, and genuinely welcoming.The house truly has everything you could need. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the pool was perfect, and the outdoor space was exactly what we hoped for and more. One of our favorite details was how close the beach is, it is a very short walk from the backyard, which made it effortless to move between the house, the pool, and the water throughout the day.We also felt very secure in the home, which made it even easier to relax and enjoy our time. George was outstanding and made a great stay even better. His recommendations were consistently excellent, from food delivery, to a private boat tour, to sharing a reliable taxi contact (Daniel, whose number is listed on the house info sheet). Daniel was friendly, on time, and exceptionally trustworthy. We used him whenever we could because we always felt safe and fairly priced with him. In contrast, we often felt overpriced with other taxi drivers, so having someone reliable and transparent made a huge difference and removed a lot of unnecessary stress.The only suggestion for future visitors is to bring plenty of bug spray and, if it suits your interests, a few pool floaties. Otherwise, this place was an absolute dream, and we would happily stay here again!

Peaceful location with great amenities!

Trade Winds Villa is a fantastic place to stay while visiting Turks & Caicos. The location of the villa was nestled quietly between the major Grace Bay resorts and Turtle Cove Marina. The villa is easy to locate and once you enter the gated driveway, you feel as though you escape to your own private home. The landscaping provided privacy from neighbors and Lower Bight Road. We especially appreciated that the entire property was fenced in and had secure locks with codes. The beach access path was private and a great way to access the beach. The pool and patio area were clean, well kept, and had some yard games and pool floats to enjoy. There was also an exterior storage room that had plenty of beach chairs, additional floats, and a cooler! The propane grill was very clean however the burners seemed to have a bit of trouble fully lighting. We were still able to enjoy a few nights cooking on it without issues. The bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen were well equipped and stocked. A on the outdoor showers. This villa is perfect for families, group of friends or three sets of couples. Anywhere we wanted to visit on the main island from the house was no more than 10-12 minutes away by car. I would not change anything about our stay and experience and would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to come home to after being out and about. George was great to deal with at check in and check out and was always available if we needed anything. He went over the map of the main island and made great recommendations for us during our stay. Gorgeous, Modern Villa Steps from the Beach

Our party of 5 (2 couples, 1 single) stayed at the Tradewinds Villa for our week away in TCI. The villa was beautiful, modern, comfortable and very clean. Upon arrival, the house was stocked up with all the necessary essentials - toilet paper, detergent, coffee filters, condiments, first aid kit, PPE, soap, etc. - which in past experiences at other villas we have always had to supply ourselves. The kitchen was also fully stocked with necessary utensils and equipment. The indoor/outdoor living style of the house made it really comfortable. The pool deck had lots of comfortable furniture and good spots to relax in both the shade and the sun. The house also came with 5 beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and snorkel gear. Walking to the beach from the private path was so easy and took only a few minutes! Overall, we had a great stay at Tradewinds, the host company was very helpful in providing all necessary information, we felt safe, and would definitely return!

Stunning property-great layout. Beautifully appointed property.

Property management was amazing and responsive. Pool and outdoor area are private with beautiful landscaping . Easy walk to the beach. Great for 3 couples or a family.
