The space
Experience the ultimate coastal retreat in this beautifully designed 3,050 sq ft home, designed for comfort, privacy, and entertainment. The open-concept living area features a large sectional sofa, a 70" flat-screen TV with cable and Netflix, an indoor fireplace, and a classic arcade game for all ages.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a large island with bar seating for six, making it the perfect hub for group meals. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests. For your convenience, a full laundry room with a new large-capacity washer and dryer is also available.

**Bedrooms & Bathrooms**
Each of the four generously sized bedrooms includes a private en suite full bathroom and custom closets, offering a private haven for every guest.
* **Downstairs Bedroom:** Features a King bed, a large TV with Netflix, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination.
* **Primary Master Suite (Upstairs):** A luxurious retreat with a King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, 65" TV, and a private balcony. The spacious en suite bathroom includes a double vanity and an oversized walk-in shower with dual shower heads.
* **Upstairs Bedroom 2:** Offers a King bed, a large TV, a window overlooking the pool, and a full en suite bathroom with a tub/shower.
* **Upstairs Bedroom 3:** Furnished with a Queen bed, a pullout Twin trundle, a window overlooking the pool, and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower.

The spacious, fully-fenced backyard is your private paradise. Unwind in the in-ground pool with its integrated spa, or lounge in the resort-style chairs.

We welcome families and provide a crib and high chair to make your stay easier.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home and its amenities. This includes:
* The entire 3,050 sq ft interior space.
* The private, fully-fenced backyard.
* The in-ground pool and integrated spa.

Check-in is a breeze with our convenient self check-in process using a secure smart lock. You will receive your unique access code prior to arrival.

Other things to note
* Pool & Spa Heating: Pool heat is an optional feature available for an additional fee of $75 per day. The temperature is set to 82°F. This service must be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in and is not available from April 1st to September 30th.
* Pool Safety: Your safety is important. Please note that the pool is not fenced separately from the yard. Use of the pool and spa is entirely at your own risk, and the hosts are not responsible for any injuries.
* Beach Essentials: To make your beach trips effortless, we provide beach essentials, including beach towels for your group.
* Must be 24+ and provide copy of drivers license to drive the golf cart.
