Lovely neighborhood where kids can ride bikes and you can walk your pup! Wonderful location! So close to the world-famous Cliff Walk and downtown Newport! Just grab your coffee and pet and take a walk there! This popular loft style Cottage is oversized, VERY OVERSIZED! Sunny and tastefully renovated with charm and simplicity. New furnishings and new mattresses, no expense spared. Fully stocked kitchen and darling outside patio to grill and kick back on, while enjoying the quiet location. Uncorked has roughly 1500 square ft of living space and can be arranged to sleep 6 people, plus some kiddos if so desired! (or more with air mattress) (The large upstairs king-sized bedroom has a daybed and a small nook with a twin bed along with the king bed! (this bedroom is large enough that it should really be two bedrooms!) If you are looking for a quick bite or cocktail, there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, along with a surf shop and liquor store. Newport and its vibrant downtown scene is right down the road: Charming wharves of Newport boast world class dining, boutique shopping, sailing excursions and a lively bar scene! Come live the "uncorked lifestyle" at the beach! Families, friends and children are all welcome! This is the perfect place for a family share or friends get together.This beach loft is divine and spacious for a 2 bedroom and will not disappoint! Note: We provide bed linens for the King bed, Queen bed and twin bed, along with initial towels, if you are staying for longer periods and would like extra of either, please request, there is a slight up-charge. Pets welcome with fee! There is also a side patio area with outside dining and gas grill for BBQ's. Parking for up to 4 cars in tandem!! New paved driveway to ease with parking.AC mini splits for those hot summer days! Beach chairs and Beach towels! Winter pricing offered, just ask! Often host Salve or St George's parents during sports season's! This is the perfect share situation as it is spacious for a 2 bedroom!

Immaculate beach cottage

Beautifully decorated and very clean, this cozy cottage is the perfect location for a relaxing beach vacation. It’s walking distance to several things and nearby attractions are easily accessible. The kitchen is stocked, the bedrooms are very comfortable and the little patio is nice and private. We would definitely return to Uncorked!

Relaxing stay

Enjoyed sitting on the patio for coffee in the morning! Nice and spacious home. You could walk to one of the nearby beaches but this would entail walking on the road through the neighborhood (about a 10 minute walk). Pleasant and quiet neighborhood area. We especially enjoyed walking to Clementines for homemade ice cream each night!

Cozy and quiet cottage

We loved the cottage at first sight! It is very nicely decorated and cozy, and equipped with everything you need for your vacation, from beach towels to kitchen stuff, from the outdoor bbq etc. It is located in a very quiet and green neighbourhood, which makes it a perfect spot for a restful weekend or long stay away. 5 minutes walk from Easton's beach and less than 5 minutes drive to Sachuest beach or Downtown Newport. We spent 2 weeks there, and were also able to work thanks to the wi-fi connection, and look forward to returning for our next vacation!

Very Walkable

My husband, 2 adult children and dog had a wonderful stay. We were thrilled that we were able to walk to so many places. We enjoyed walking to Easton Beach as well as Rejects Craft Brewery, Diego’s, and Clementine’s for ice cream. We were also able to walk to a close by trolley stop and take the free trolley into Newport. Be sure to get the schedule and also a note, it does tend to run 5-10 minutes late. We had a fantastic time! We are all hoping to go back to this lovely property again!

Beautiful, spacious and clean beach loft with all the amenities you need.

We loved our stay at Uncorked Beach Loft. It's just about a 5 minute walk to Easton Beach (First Beach) and about a 5 minute drive to Second Beach. The accommodations are first class with comfortable beds, furniture and beautiful/cozy linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with every thing you need to cook dinner inside or grill outside. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels and games. So clean and beautifully decorated, too. Thank you! We can't wait to visit again.

Great stay!

We had a group of three (one is an infant) and the house was very comfortable and big for our group size. The layout was a little different than I imagined from the pictures but in a good way, it ended up being more spacious and having more beds than I thought. But most of them were clustered in the top loft which has two beds and a futon. And then another bedroom on the second floor by the kitchen and living room. With our group size the one bathroom wasn’t an issue. It was also nice that they had beach chairs and towels available. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

We are a Seattle based family, but grew up in the Boston area. Our boys are grown and living in Boston, so we decided to buy a vacation property so we had a place to stay while visiting our boys. We are happy to share our beach loft and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Uncorked is a wonderful property that is close to 2 of the main beaches in the area! Newly renovated and very comfortable! Mattresses in the property are brand new, along with the living room furniture. Peaceful and comfortable! Walk to beaches and a five minute ride to Newport's downtown area. We use this quite often, so we have tried to make sure that it is well stocked with everything you may need for a relaxing stay. With enough notice can offer private chef and yoga services!! Can also offer SUP rentals, if desired. Great space for families with children, a girlfriends get away or romantic couple getaway.............

What makes this property unique

Uncorked is a big space for a 2 bedroom. Possible to have up to 8 guests, if you don't mind all sharing one bathroom. We are open to this size group with advance discussion and a bit of an up charge. The king bedroom is very large. It has a nook off of it that has a twin daybed and a blow up mattress or two could easily be set up in the bedroom. It's that big! This property shares a lot with the front cottage which is also a 2 bedroom cottage. You could combine the two rentals for more space! Just inquire.
