Me and three friends rented this to go to Redrocks and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The host was great, we will definitely be returning and highly recommend them.
The property was clean and comfortable. The owners super responsive. We had everything we needed for our stay and we found so much to do within a short drive. Great location!
We had a very nice time in Colorado. This house is very close to Red Rocks and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our 4 couples.
This place is all you need for a group of family and friends to enjoy Lakewood, Red Rocks and the greater Denver area.
We were all in the area for the first time; the house was a perfect place for all of us to stay and re-energize for the next day.
Thumbs up from our Virginia/Alabama crowd!
This was a very comfortable home on a quiet cul-de-sac. The location is central to everything and everywhere we went seemed just a short drive away (even Red Rock Ampitheatre!).
The deck was amazing to have coffee on during the sunrise. Multiple gathering spaces and lots of seating made it comfortable for a large group of adults. Bathrooms were clean and having 3 bathrooms a huge plus for our larger group.
Would definitely stay here again!
We stayed busy around the Golden, Boulder, Idaho Springs and Highlands Ranch area for our visit. This house was very centrally located and easy to get to from all. Very clean and well maintained. The view around the neighborhood was breathtaking. Would definitely consider this place again.
House was perfect for access to Denver,RedRocks and the outdoors.

Foothills in Lakewood
The house was as described with wonderful deck and multiple living rooms. All the amenities were very nice and enough essentials so you didn’t need to run to the store. Very easy directions for closing. The lawn service had not come in a few weeks so the grass was very long. As we were a bridal party needing to hang long dress it was a bit inconvenient that only two bedrooms had closet, the main level ensuite did not have one for use.

Met our needs
Overall the property was an excellent place and had ample space for our family. We cooked several meals there and needed to have a larger pot to boil food, but we had to use several smaller ones instead. Because we stayed for a week and there was no closet or dresser in the master bedroom we had to live out of a suitcase, but I would definitely recommend.
This was the perfect space for 7 adults. Very clean! Very spacious! Exactly like the photos! We were in town for a college graduation and we had a great time.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, David!
Visited with two sets of grandparents. Location was close to school of mines and 25 min from Denver. Very clean, easy check in and checkout. Very accommodating and responsive host. Would recommend to anyone.
Our group was visiting to see friends open at Red Rocks Amphitheater. This house has a beautiful view of the mountains with a lovely outside area. It was clean, well stocked, and beds were all very comfortable. Check-out was a breeze. Thanks for a lovely week!

You are so welcome, Amy! It was a pleasure hosting you.
Although this is a lovely home, our experience was negative and I cannot recommend it. After booking, we were required to sign a long, intimidating legal document that strictly prohibits any social gatherings and anyone on the property who is not registered. It also releases them of responsibility for anything. We were in Colorado for my daughter’s college graduation and hoped to have a small group over in the afternoon, but were told that more than 3–4 people would be considered a “party.” This forced us to move our gathering elsewhere, defeating the purpose of renting a house rather than a hotel.Twelve days before our stay, my husband was hospitalized with a serious medical issue, forcing us to shorten our trip from four nights to two. While management allowed a date change, there was no price adjustment or accommodation at all.To make matters worse, the house lost power the night before graduation. Calls to the posted emergency number went unanswered and they claimed not to have gotten my call until later I sent an screenshot of the call. We had to get ready in the dark, relocate food we had purchased, and arrived late to the ceremony. We made other arrangements for the next night because we didn’t know if there would be power. The management offered only 30% off one night—about 80 on a 1,500 rental. We didn’t think it was fair.

We’re sorry the guest feels this way, but this review does not accurately reflect what occurred.
Our rental agreement and occupancy limits are clearly disclosed prior to booking and are standard for homes in residential neighborhoods with local regulations. These policies are not unusual and are provided upfront so guests can make informed decisions.
We were sympathetic regarding the medical situation and approved a date change outside of policy, but refunds beyond the stated cancellation terms are not possible. We strongly recommend travel insurance for unforeseen events.
The temporary power outage affected the entire neighborhood and was outside of our control. The guest initially called our text-only number rather than the posted 24/7 emergency line. Once notified properly, we responded promptly and still extended a goodwill discount.
Future guests can be assured that this review is not an accurate representation of the situation or our level of service.
