We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Wheat Ridge is perfectly situated near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, convenient to Downtown Denver, and near several highways. There are many parks, golf courses, trails, shopping centers, breweries, and restaurants to explore nearby. There is a grocery store 3 minutes from the house.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Sleeping arrangements
With six oversized bedrooms and eight beds, there’s room for everyone to rest comfortably. Three king beds, two queens, two fulls, and a full sofa bed provide sleeping space for up to 14 guests. The master suite includes its own bathroom and generous closet space, while each bedroom is designed with Green Leaf memory foam mattresses, soft linens, and room-darkening shades for a restful night’s sleep.
Kitchen & dining
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and plenty of counter space. Share meals at two dining tables with seating for up to 18, or gather at the central island for a relaxed breakfast. A coffee maker, blender, and wine glasses are on hand, making it easy to prepare everything from morning lattes to family dinners.
Entertainment & relaxation
The lower-level game room is the heart of indoor fun. Watch a movie on the 100-inch projector, challenge friends to foosball or Pac-Man, or unwind with a round of checkers or a few putts on the mini green. Upstairs, the lounge invites you to settle into a plush sectional, warm up by the electric fireplace, or watch the Smart TV after a day of adventure.
Outdoor living
Step out to the covered patio, complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. The fenced yard offers a safe space for lawn games or for pets to roam freely. With seating areas for sunny afternoons and crisp evenings, it’s a natural gathering spot after time spent hiking, skiing, or exploring the city.

Grocery stores, parks, breweries, and golf courses are nearby, making it easy to plan a stay that balances convenience with adventure.
This pet-friendly home blends space, comfort, and playful touches, creating a welcoming retreat for families, friends, and groups ready to experience Colorado together.
Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.
Please note that the 8-person hot tub was recently added to the home. We have not had a chance to add photos quite yet!
The built-in fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.
Please note that we have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
