- Bathroom with Italian shower, hairdryer and magnifying mirror
- Separate WC
- Balcony facing NORTH, accessible from the living room and bedroom. The balcony will offer you a view of the park.
For even more comfort, the owners decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine with dryer, ironing board and iron.
