Welcome to this apartment that we have renovated and refurbished in 2022 with taste so that you can find your little corner of happiness for the short or longer term in Saint Étienne.

We have thought of everything for you:
- [ ] 3 beautiful bedrooms with double bed, desk and wardrobe. 2 bedrooms have a balcony, one of which is designed for having a good breakfast or working outside. Included: bed sheets, duvet and pillows.
- [ ] Bathroom with shower and large sink with storage. Included: bath towels and washcloths.
- [ ] Separate toilet
- [ ] A modern kitchen fully equipped with induction hob, fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, Senseo coffee machine with pod, dishwasher as well as washing machine and dryer. Kettle and toaster. Included: coffee and welcome sweets + a kit of household products (washing up liquid, a few detergent capsules and dishwasher tablets).
- [ ] In the living room you will find a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining area and a full HD flat screen TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube and wifi available.
- [ ] We have thought of your suitcases thanks to the lift.
- [ ] A large garage of 14m2 (5.5m x 2.8m) in the courtyard of the building to park very easily. Free parking space in front of the accommodation.

The building is secured by an intercom in a dynamic but quiet area.
This pretty apartment is very bright because it is through with a beautiful light both in the morning and in the evening.
We ensure you a comfortable apartment throughout the year thanks to the passage of a cleaning service after each departure.

Downstairs of the apartment: gym, pharmacy, hairdresser, Casino supermarket 7 days a week and organic store.
Football lover: the apartment is located 3 minutes by car and 15 minutes walk from the Geoffroy-Guichard stadium.
Cultural outings: Le fil and the Zenith (concerts and shows) 4 minutes by car and 15 minutes by foot, the Cité du design 15 minutes by foot and 1 minute by tram.
Students: Jean Monnet University, IFC st etienne, Telecom St etienne engineering school: quick access on foot or by tram.
The tram stop "Rue Barra" is just down the apartment 1 minute walk.
You reach the heart of the city centre in 5 minutes by tram.

Simple d'accès, attention si vous avez une grosse voiture comme moi l'entrée dans l'arrière cours est serrée, mais cela passe. Garage spacieux pour la voiture. L'appartement était propre, la literie très confortable, nous avons passés un agréable weekend.
