The apartment (80 m2) was completely refurbished in December 2024. Tastefully decorated and well equipped. Very bright. Well served by public transportation (SNCF station, T3 tram and bus stops 10 and 14 very close). Easy parking at the foot of the building.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a large living-dining room, a large kitchen, a bathroom, separate toilet and 2 large balconies. 5 beds (double bed, single bed and 2-seater sofa bed) available.
The accommodations are composed of:
- a first bedroom with a double bed, a desk with its chair and a large wardrobe. This room has a large balcony;
- a second bedroom with a single bed, a desk with its chair and a large wardrobe;
- a large living-dining room with a 4-seater sofa that can be converted into a 2-seater bed, a coffee table, a pouf, an armchair, a round table with 4 chairs. This room can be closed with a double hinged door to isolate it from the rest of the apartment. It also has a large balcony equipped with a table and 2 chairs;
- a private bathroom with a large shower and a double sink;
- a large kitchen with all the necessary crockery and kitchen utensils, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, an oven (microwave and traditional), a four-burner gas hob, a washing machine, a large fridge-freezer and a bar table with two high chairs;
- and a separate toilet with a washbasin and mirror.

All the rooms are connected by a corridor with a reading area and a wardrobe.

The apartment is through, it is very bright.

The accommodation has Wi-Fi.

We also provide an ironing board, an iron and a drying rack.

A video projector is available that is compatible with all phones, tablets and computers in order to project films or watch television in very large format from them in the living room or bedroom.

On arrival, we provide you with starting consumables for your comfort, such as olive oil, spices, vinegar, a roll of paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, liquid soap, shower gel and washing-up liquid. Additional consumables will be at the expense of the guests.

In addition, we provide all the bed linen for the bedrooms as well as for the sofa bed, towels per person, as well as kitchen linen (dish towel, microfiber and sponge). You will also find a few coffee pods to start the day off right and tea bags at your disposal, offered free of charge.PGJyPg
Finally, parties are not allowed in the accommodation and the accommodations are NON-SMOKING inside.

The area is quiet. The street is not very busy.

The apartment is right next to the Parc Expo (3 min walk), and the ice rink, 5 minutes from the swimming pool, 10 min walk from the Comédie, 13 min walk from the Zénith and 20 min walk from the Stage Geoffroy-Guichard and the Cité du Design.

Access to the apartment is very easy:
- By train: the apartment is less than 10 minutes walk from the Châteaucreux SNCF train station.
- By car: the apartment can be reached in 3 minutes by car from the A72 motorway (exit 14). It is very easy to park just below the building.
- By plane: the apartment can be reached in 15 minutes by car from Andrezieux Boutheon airport and in 45 minutes from Lyon-Saint-Exupéry airport.
