Thank you for the wonderful and kind words, Tony. We want you to know you are welcome to be one of our guests again anytime here in Resort Properties of Angel Fire!
Nice location in Angel Fire. Be aware you need to plan on grilling outside, kitchen was not adequately equipped for cooking, pantry staples were salt & pepper. Pots & pans need replacing, damaged Teflon surfaces! Master bath did not drain, had to use a plunger to fix drain. Front door & backdoors are not keyed the same & another interior door locking door from inside only, got us locked outside for 2 hours, while we waited for the Property Managment to get the back door unlocked! Be aware of Extra Charges from Property Management, after you check out, with no explanations, when you follow the Rules to Leave the House in the Best/Better Condition! Would not stay in property under this management. No firewood available to use, grill full of ashes, ash bucket full to the top on arrival, no matching locks on exterior doors, stains on carpets in many areas needs attention, lack of usable pots & pans for cooking.

Dear Sylvia,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We will suggest to the homeowners to update the cookware. Teflon can easily get damaged in vacation rental homes. We will encourage them to buy sturdier cookware. As for the primary bath not draining properly, you did stop by to let us know and we offered to send our maintenance man over, but you declined service. The guest before you did not mention the slow drain. We are sorry for the inconvenience of having to wait for the locksmith to arrive when you locked yourselves out. Angel Fire is a small community and there is only one local locksmith. He came as soon as he could. We chose not to pass on the locksmith's $100 fee to you as a courtesy. The extra charge you are referring to was for a pet fee. It is clearly stated in the the description there is a pet fee for guests who choose to bring a pet. We do have firewood at our office and offer guests a free bundle to start with; after that it is $10 a bundle. We will talk to housekeeping about cleaning out the outdoor fireplace/grill. Our inspectors should have caught that and taken care of the ashes before your arrival. We strive to make our guests' stay as comfortable as possible. It is disappointing to hear you were less than satisfied. We hope you give us another chance in the future.

We have stayed in this same house 3 prior years from a different owner. The current owner made some nice additions, we had great service from the property manager and we plan to come back in the coming years. It’s a great setup for our extended family.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. From what you wrote, it appears you enjoyed your stay. Please let us know what we can do differently to earn 5 stars instead of 4. -Resort Properties of Angel Fire
The property was nicer than the pictures shows. We loved everything but driving the trash out and the road to the property/drive was slicker than rest of angel fire.
The area was beautiful and full of trees and wildlife!! We saw deer within 3ft and wild turkey!!!

Great guests to host! We hope they come back soon to enjoy all the outdoor activities Angel Fire has to offer. -Resort Properties of Angel Fire
Clean, comfortable beds, spacious, ample kitchen supplies, cute master bedroom, easy check-in process. Fairly dated interior, but comfortable. Floors in master are rough (partner got a splinter), and some windows won’t open, but otherwise everything was in good working order. Beware you have to drive your trash to a dumpster in town when you check out.

We appreciate you taking the time to review this beautiful property. Unfortuntley, our small mountain town does not have the privilege of having a trash pick up service with all the miles of back roads in the Village. We do hope that you come back to visit soon.
