Walking distance to downtown Fenton on a large wooded private lot, this newly renovated, 2-bedroom lower-level unit of a duplex is pet-friendly with a Modern Farmhouse/Art Deco theme holds 120 years of history! Come enjoy a quaint stay in the best location in Genesee County!

Only a short drive to Bishop International Airport, the GM Grand Blanc center, and Flint Twp shopping and dining.

Pet cleaning fee additional $50.00 All reservations require a verified government issued ID.

The newly renovated space features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, ceramic tile, a subway tile shower, Keurig coffee maker, Pottery Barn accents and brushed nickel hardware throughout.

There is no dedicated parking. Please feel free to park on the shoulder with respect to the neighbors on either side.

Apt building

The listing fails to state that you are in an apt building. The up stairs neighbor played loud music until 2:00am. Our rules stated to respect the neighbors! The home is clean inside. The kitchen lacks basic supplies, sugar for coffee etc.

Hi Kathryn. I do apologize you ran out of sugar for your coffee during your stay. I would have been happy to drop some off had I known. The listing does mention in the description that this is the the lower unit of a 2 unit flat. I'm sorry you didn't see it. The kitchen is fully stocked. That is the first feedback I've ever gotten stating otherwise. I'd be curious to know what additional items you were expecting besides running out of sugar for your coffee.

Great Location

We had a good trip and really enjoyed our stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and was nice enough to let us check-in early. Very close to downtown and shopping and restaurants. Also very close to Silver Lake. It is a duplex, just fyi, in a quiet neighborhood. We had a good time and recommend.
