Welcome to my comfortable home located within walking distance to silver lake. Featuring 2 ergonomically temperature regulated queen size memory foam beds. 2 full baths. Enjoy a morning cup of tea on the balcony with tranquilizing view of pines. My home is conveniently off the highway and is also walking distance to some of the best rated eateries and bars around Mi.

QUIET, CLOSE TO ALL

Apartment was very clean, well furnished, comfy bed, large, airy rooms! Balcony was great, lots of trees, birds and bunnies running around. Could walk to numerous restaurants, stores, etc. Quick half hour drive to DTE Music Theatre for our concert. Pool was awesome, mostly had it to ourselves! A/C was cold and awesome. Host responded to my many queries quickly !!

Just what we needed!

We came to visit my dad whom is going through chemo right now. We wanted a place close by so he could rest when he was tired and not have to deal with alot a noise from the kids, This place was a great 5 min drive away. We loved the pool and it was so much better than a hotel, loved it! We will be back again!

Comfortable place on US-23

I needed a spot to visit family near Flint and Fenton and this was perfect. Clean, inviting, and with all the amenities you'd pay through the nose at a hotel to have; 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a good sized kitchen and a big living room to relax in. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again in the future.

Nice stay while visiting family in the area.

We spent 9 nights in the condo. It was clean and the layout was very good. It would work well for 2 couples because each has some privacy. The owner was very responsive to our questions both before and during our stay. We had never encountered an electronic app for entering and leaving a place, but once we got used to it, we really liked it.

Short concert trip

Me and my younger sister basically just needed a place to stay while we were in town to see Greta Van Fleet (which, sadly, got rescheduled), but this condo was a perfect place to rent for a couple nights. Very clean, easy check in, & safe neighborhood. Concert was rescheduled to this September so we’re just going to rent the same place! Thanks!
