Charming apartment in historic city center 50m from the beach

The charm in the old authentic on the top floor of an apartment located in the heart of the historic centre of L'Île-Rousse with a terrace overlooking the rooftops of the old town which offers a view of the sea and the mountain. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, note that there is no lift in the apartments of the old town. Only 50 m from the beach, this peaceful and quiet apartment is located close to all shops. The area is ideal, close to all amenities without having to travel by car: shops, food stores, restaurants, train station, port... There are several public car parks for a fee and one free 400 m away.<br><br>This apartment, on the top floor and on 2 levels, consists of four rooms:<br>- A living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle...) <br>- Two bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a bedroom with twin beds and work space (possibility of travel cot and booster seat on request).<br>- Two bathrooms with a walk-in shower and toilet and 2 shower rooms including shower, sink and toilet. <br>Linen is not provided, but you have the possibility to rent it on site (you must notify the supplier a week in advance) 80€ for the stay. There are always emergency sheets in the closet (only for the two small beds), tea towels and bath mats.
