Family-friendly 2bd Condo in Historic San Juan + Patio!
This comfortable and clean two story, two-bedroom, one-bath condo is centrally located in south Orange County, minutes away from downtown San Juan Capistrano and the Amtrak train station!
🏖Just a 12 min drive to nearest beach - Doheny State Beach and Dana Point Harbor - and within 15-20 mins of famous surf spots including Trestles and Salt Creek, while also being located within 30 mins of Disneyland. 🇪🇸Old town San Juan Capistrano is just a few min drive from condo and offers great shopping, Los Rios District, The historic Mission @ San Juan and more. 🛍 The San Clemente Pier and The Outlets @ San Clemente are located just a 15 min drive south. The surrounding area (within 10 mins) is filled with great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping and more. Miles of hiking trails are walking distance from condo. There are several very large grassy parks with kids play structures located in the community. John Wayne airport is 25 minutes away and the Amtrak station is 8 mins away. 20 minutes drive to Laguna Beach, 30 minutes to Disney Land, 1 hour to Los Angeles, and 1 hour to San Diego.
GETTING AROUND: Car is highly recommended. Uber and Lyft are very available in the area. (Amtrak train station is 5 min drive from house. John Wayne International airport is 25 min drive & LAX is about 1 hour drive).
Close to grocery stores like Ralph's and Trader Joe's and several amazing restaurants! Easy access to the 5 freeway.
Kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking. Coffee and some pantry staples are provided. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are also available for guests to use.
Patio with picnic table, umbrella and propane BBQ make the perfect spot to enjoy an outdoor meal.
Sleeps up to 5 people, with one on the sofa (sofa does not fold out but is very comfortable for one).
NOTE: There is no overnight street parking available (permit required). Private, detached, single car garage parking provided for one vehicle. Garage is located right around the corner from the front door (15 steps away). Additional vehicles can park overnight at the Park-n-Ride located at the freeway entrance, about 3 mins drive from condo.

Unit is located at the end of a row of townhomes, which allows easy access to the main road and faces a beautiful mountain view which can be seen from the patio and guest bedroom :)
