BED AND BATH
This spacious private room features two comfortable queen beds and a private four-piece en-suite bathroom. For your convenience, the space includes a mini fridge, microwave, TV, and WiFi. There’s also a small dinette area, perfect for enjoying a quick meal or your morning coffee.

AMENITIES
Just outside, you’ll find a small patio where you can unwind and take in views of Mount Fernie. Free on-site parking is available, along with additional free street parking.

Please note, there is strictly no cooking within lock-off units, except for within the microwave provided: this is a heavily enforced strata rule. They forbid the use of hot plates, portable cooking stoves, or any cooking-related appliance with the exception of microwaves provided. Additionally, any sink blockages related to food waste are chargeable to the guest.

This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
