Très bon accueil au sein de l'hébergement par Nathalie.Points positifs : appartement lumineux idéalement situé, 50m de la plage, au centre-ville et au calme. Place de parking et terrasse.Points à améliorer : la literie générale, le canapé, le lave-vaisselle (rouillé) et évacuation d'eau dans la baignoire.

Vacances avec mes 4 enfants , de retour dans la région de mon enfance.Appartement très agréable , fonctionnel , propre et parfaitement situé ! Ne conduisant pas , l’emplacement est alors impératif. La propriétaire ainsi que la personne qui nous a remis les clefs ont été adorables et réactives .J’ai par ailleurs déjà vanté auprès de mes amis parisiens l’intérêt de louer cette habitation dans le projet de profiter de la Côte d’Amour!

Très bel appartement pour un week-end prolongé

Appartement qui correspond parfaitement aux photos. Il est très bien placé et la place de parking est vraiment un atout. Les échanges avec la propriétaire ont été excellents et pareil avec le service de conciergerie. Nous reviendrons, c'est sur.

location la baule

très bel appartement idéalement placé proximité plage en centre ville mais pas bruyant ( a cette époque a voir en aout) le garage est un plus car tout est payant

Une semaine à la Baule

Appartement fonctionnel avec toutes commodités pour un court séjour. Nous avions notre enfant d’un an avec nous et pas mal de matériel est disponible sur place : lit bébé, chaise haute (manque peut être uniquement une table à langer). Autrement l’appartement est idéalement situé près de la plage et à proximité immédiate des commerces et restaurant. La terrasse est un vrai plus pour profiter du beau temps, ainsi que le parking (couvert) qui permet de stationner sans problème (seul bémol : la place de parking n’est pas évidente pour garer la voiture). Je recommande cette location pour un séjour en famille ou à deux.

Situation idéale

Appartement très bien situé, tout se fait à pied, à proximité de la plage et du marché, nous y avons passé un bon séjour pour une famille de 4 avec deux enfants. Les petits jouets/livres laissés à disposition ont été appréciés des enfants.

La location

L appartement est très fonctionnel ensoleillé,propre.l assesseur était en panne et la personne nous acceuillant a monté ma valise.Dans la semaine un réparateur est venu remettre en fonctionnement l ascenseur. Je conseille cette location à toutes les personnes respectueuses des lieux . Parcontre cela peu être un lieu bruyant en plein été car beaucoup de restaurant autour et une brasserie juste en bas. Mais c est des choix ,c est les vacances pour tout le monde

Appartement idéal !!

Appartement extrêmement bien situé, en plein cœur du quartier de Gaulle, mais dans une impasse calme, à 50m de la plage. Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve avec nos 3 enfants de 9 ans a 18 mois. L’appartement est moderne, très bien équipé, très propre, la terrasse est un vrai plus de même que La place de parking dans l’immeuble. Communication avec la propriétaire et accueil / départs parfaitement orchestrés et agréables. Nous recommandons +++

A positive experience

The appartment is nice and has everything you need for a holiday. It was clean and had enough space for the four of us. The sea is nearby so it is only a short walk to the beach. Parking in the garage can be a challenge with a big(ger) car because the parkingplace is a bit small and nearby the entrance. Shops and bars are very nearby. The terrace of the appartment was fine but unfortunately it was noisy because of the airco's which are present on the rooftop of the building across. Overall: a positive experience.

Logement très propre, agréable et spacieux dans une résidence calme. Logement bien situé pour profiter de la mer, du marché et des commerces du centre ville. Cuisine très bien équipée et plusieurs placards à disposition. Propriétaire disponible et à l'écoute. Juillet 2022

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement où tout était conforme à la description. Le logement est super bien situé, proche de tout pour passer un super séjour sans voiture : centre-ville, plage, marché, restaurants etc... . Le logement est très agréable à vivre. De même, la propriétaire est attentive à notre bien-être. Super!!!
