Tucked away on a quiet street just two blocks from Clearwater Beach, a lovely bay beach club, this bright contemporary house is set back on a quiet lot only a few miles from East Hampton and Amagansett Villages. The front entrance opens to an expansive living room with beaming natural light pouring in from the gorgeous backyard area. The one-level layout provides open and bright living with three bedrooms and two baths. The dining area sits right off the kitchen, and a large lounge area occupies the main living space. Four glass sliders on the back side of the house lead to an over-sized deck surrounded by extravagant landscaping. The pool area is nothing short of a private oasis — picture perfect. The mature landscaping and 18x45 heated pool command all of the attention from the deck.

- Heated pool opens May 1 and closes the first week of October
- Pool temperature is guest-controlled. Propane costs for heating are passed through at cost.
