Brown House

My kids talk about the “Brown House” every time we go somewhere. It’s their favorite spot. Great location and the street was quiet. Pop a shot and ping pong were a hit, easy to access television, lots of toys. The place was beautiful and clean. We never used the hot tub since we were busy doing other things. My only complaint would be that the kids bike kept losing tire pressure but we ended up renting one.

Nice house - need to improve

We stayed at the same house last year. VRBO and resort stated on phone, check-in was 4 PM but on arrival, told us 4-6. We had to demand starting cleaning immediately and had to wait past 5. Also, WiFi network and password given us were incorrect (same error last year). Maintenance had to teach us how to use the TV. Closest pool slides shut down for maintenance the end of July when temp was in 90's.

Great place to stay

This place is great. We have stayed here in December for the past several years and continue to enjoy. One main thing that has bothered us though, they still have not replaced the dishwasher. It basically doesn't work and we have informed them several times over the years.
