The Suncadia Cottage is a 3 bedroom cabin-style home in Suncadia, and sits along the 18th fairway of the award winning Prospector Golf Course and has beautiful views overlooking the 18th and 9th greens and Cascade Mountains. This spectacular 2400+ square foot home features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, sleeping capacity of up to 12, large 8-person hot tub, a gourmet kitchen, and an outdoor space everyone will want to be at. This Suncadia Cottage has everything you would want for a large group getaway.
On the main floor of this home you will find a wonderful gourmet kitchen. The kitchen opens up to the large living and dining areas with a large TV, speaker system for inside and outside the home as well as amazing golf course and mountain views. Open up the slider doors for true indoor and outdoor living!
Bedding: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin over Twin Bunk Beds with Trundles, Full Futon and Queen Sofa Bed

The first floor also has the master bedroom with king size bed and attached master bathroom. The master bedroom also features beautiful views. The half bathroom and additional bedroom with queen pull out sleeper sofa are located on the 1st floor as well.
As you head up the stairs you will find an additional junior suite with queen size bed and attached bathroom. The third bedroom is a kids bunk room that sleeps 6 with two twin over twin bunks and trundle beds.
The outdoor area has seating for the whole family, private hot tub, fireplace, BBQ area and stunning views overlooking the golf course and mountain range.
