Beautiful home in perfect location, communication was a bit hard

The apartment was very nice. It was spacious and stylish. The location is very central, a short walk to the centre, bus stop etc. We felt very welcome by Yusuf, who showed us the house. The communication with the house owner was a bit hard. We did not know that there would be additional cleaning cost, bedlinnen rental and a deposit that needed to be payed in cash (1000 euros). Communication about this was not really clear and easy. While the apartment is nice, ventilation is not really great. In the advertisement it is not clear that the readingroom is not a separate room, it is connected to the open kitchen and living room.

Très bel appartement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien situé (déplacements à pied dans Gérardmer). Petit bémol toutefois, l'appartement manque d'ouverture sur l'extérieur et de ce fait de lumière naturelle.

Wir waren 6 köpfige Familie mit einem großen Hund Labrador, wegen großen Hund war das überhaupt kein Problem, vielen Dank. Villa ist einfach schön, unsere Kinder und wir haben es genossen. Umgebung ist schön, alles in der Nähe. Mann kann auch gut wandern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut. Vielen Dank für guten Urlaub.

Bel appartement moderne et spacieux (nous étions 10) Belles prestations où rien ne manque. Idéalement situé, à 200m du centre ville, beaucoup de restaurants, le marché du samedi, où l on trouve les spécialités de la région. Merci à Yucef pour sa réactivité ! Weekend de l'ascension 2022

Superbe appartement en rdc situé à 2 pas du centre ville et du lac. Il est 100% pmr. Décoré avec goût, nous avons passé un séjour fantastique avec nos enfants et amis. Nous le recommandons vivement ! Le petit plus est le sauna en fin de journée.

La maison est spacieuse et très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous étions très bien situés ce qui nous a permis de faire et voir plein de choses. La maison est très bien équipée, avec appareils à fondue et raclette pour un grand groupe. Seul bémol, le prix élevé du ménage : 120€ et nous devions retirer et jeter toutes les poubelles et laisser le plan se travail propre, etc... à ce prix c'est exagéré !

Die Innenausstattung des Objekts ist sehr gut und modern, alles sehr gepflegt. Von außen sieht das Objekt nicht gerade einladend aus. Außerdem möchte ich mitteilen, dass wir explizit ein Ferienhaus gebucht haben. Das Objekt in Geradmer ist aber eigentlich eine Ferienwohnung, da obendrüber Leute wohnen, und man das Haus nicht für sich alleine hat. Es war enttäuschend für uns. Sie sollten unbedingt die Ausschreibung ändern. Schlüsselübergabe ect war perfekt. Bitte schreiben Sie das Objekt künftig als Appartement aus um Enttäuschungen zu vermeiden.

Superbe week-end, logement conformes aux photos, les proprio réactif à nos demandes. Très belle propriété, propre, déco moderne, il y a tout sur place (vaisselle,couchage...) Point faible: mal isolé. Les voisins nous entendent parlée/rigolé/fond de musique... Mais dans l'ensemble, nikel à nos attentes. Merci Annick.

7 personnes pendant 3 jours tout était nickel. Emplacement idéal à proximité des commerces mais rue très très calme voisinage agréable. Maison très très bien équipée il ne manquait rien . Maison très spacieuse grande chambre grande salle de bain . Nous n avons pas profité du jardin à cause du temps mais lui aussi spacieux. Parking privé garage pour une voiture . On garde cette adresse pour un futur week-end...

Maison que nous avons partagé en famille et amis, très belle prestation, beaucoup d’espace pour que chacun soit à son aise. Un espace salon cuisine convivial, très grandes chambres, et belles salle de bain. Produits ménagers et produits de premières nécessité sur place. La maison est très bien placée, à côté du lac et du centre. Nous y reviendrons c’est sur.
