Excellent location and views. Nice kitchen. Sparsely furnished , few reading lamps. Toilet seats only loosely attached and near unsafe but ultimately manageable- couldn’t find a way to re-attach and didn’t want to wait around for agent so just dealt with it- nonetheless we enjoyed the stay

Family trip to Ireland

Our family of 4 (2 adult children, my husband and myself) enjoyed our stay very much. The property was clean, plenty of space and close to the city center.

This place needs some care. Many of the window locks were loose -- some about to fall off. The shades need replacing. The bathroom sink was clogged. The overhead light in the bedroom is dangling by the electric cords. The aerator was missing in the kitchen sink, leading to splashing. The switch to turn off the hot water heater should be marked, so it's not turned off. Nothing that a good handyman could not repair. It just needs to be done.

We loved this unit because of its location within a stairway from downtown Kinsale! Very clean, spacious unit with lots of storage space in the two bedrooms. We would stay here again without hesitation!!!

Very comfortable accommodations and perfectly located on quiet street right next to the top of Stoney steps which will lead you right down into the charming town of Kinsale!

Kinsale spacious retreat

The Kinsale rental was perfect for our trip. The location is minutes from the water front and many great restaurants. The sun room had a beautiful view of the town. The wood work was very well done and impressive. The house was well stocked with everything you might need.

Wonderful stay -- Fantastic home

We could not have been more pleased with this property. Its location is fantastic as a base from which to explore Kinsale. It is extremely functional and well laid-out; the pictures of its high-quality finishes do not really do it justice. It was a perfect place for our family -- great kitchen, W/D, outdoor space. Would rebook again tomorrow if we were going to be back in Kinsale. Just Terrific!

Excellent location; property very clean and nicely renovated. Needed instructions for operating appliances, tv and door locks. Parking is a challenge. Not as welcoming as many places that I have stayed. Would have appreciated shampoo, coffee pods, new/extra pillows.

Kinsale was great.. space was nice, but the beds were hard and it was extraordinarily warm…. Unusual, but made it tough to sleep.

This home was located in the heart of The City Kinsale! Walkable toEverything, including multiple grocery stores. Be aware that the home does have very steep wooden stairs to the bedrooms/baths. The outdoor glass room was so pleasant and we viewed stars. Parking is a bit tricky on very narrow street. There is only an Espresso coffee machine that takes the tiny pods. Communication with mngr was easy.
