It boasts beautiful views of Kinsale Harbour and marina. Its enclosed patio garden and large sunny balcony are perfect for outdoor relaxation during the day.

Amazing home and location.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the pump house in Kinsale. The location was perfect and our property, host, Gigi, was the best. We would recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy the Kinsale area and all it has to offer.

Perfect Location in Kinsale

We've been visiting Kinsale for 20+ years and this may be the best accommodation we've had. We knew the location (right in the middle of town) was going to be great. The surprise was just how big and spacious the house felt, the rooms were quite large and the layout was wide open. Gigi was a great host, hope to be back again next year.

Pump House, Kinsale

The property was in a perfect location. It had lots of windows, light, and water views. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. The agent, Gigi was kind and helpful. She willingly allowed our early arrival and had food and flowers for us when we arrived. John, the owner quickly made the minor repairs that were needed. This house was perfect for our month in Kinsale.

Great house in great location

We had an excellent stay in Kinsale. The house was immaculate, beautifully maintained and in a great location. It far exceeded expectations. Gigi greeted us on arrival, providing a warm welcome with provisions for breakfast. She and John were excellent hosts and extremely helpful. We look forward to returning.

Over the past 30 years we have returned home from overseas every summer to Kinsale and The Pump House. All our grown-up children have happy memories of summer activities around the town and we have certainly enjoyed the unique ambiance of the town. We hope you get to enjoy it too.
