Ground floor: kitchen/living room accessible by 2 steps, bedroom 1 (1 king-size bed and 1 single bed), bedroom 2 (1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed), bathroom (bath + shower)/WC. Wi-Fi. Private space of 1000 m², terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Shared area reserved for the gîtes: swimming lane (4x15m) open in July/August, terraces, fruit trees. Walking trail, cycle path, river fishing nearby. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €40/stay; Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay; (For the 180cm bed, bring two 90cm fitted sheets).
Additional charges: Tourist tax, electric heating fee: €10/day (payable on site).

From Fontenay le Comte, head towards La Rochelle. At the motorway roundabout, follow Marans, do not take the 1st right (Chaix/Auzay). Take the 2nd road towards Chaix. At the stop sign, go straight. At the Y junction, keep left and drive 2.5 km to the hamlet of Brillac: this is the penultimate house on the left (n°97). Coming from the A83, exit n° 8 then as above.
